DSLM Camera Cage Setup
Step 1: Top Plate Attachment
- Remove both Allen bolts on the top plate with a 3/16mm Allen key.
- Align the top plate with the camera cage and secure it properly with the help of a 3/16mm Allen Key by inserting both Allen bolts on the top plate.
Step 2: Camera Plate Attachment
- Remove both Allen bolts of the camera plate with the help of a 3/16mm Allen key.
- Attach the camera plate to the bottom part of the camera cage.
- Secure it with the help of a 3/16mm Allen key.
You can adjust both the top and base plates to your requirements by loosening the bolt and sliding it in.
Top Handle Assembly
Step 1: Mounting the Top Handle
- Place the top handle above the top plate. The provided multiple threads of the top plate allow you to mount the top handle anywhere according to your requirement.
Step 2: Securing the Top Handle
- After placing the top handle on the top plate, match the bolt with the side threads of the handle.
- Insert the button head and tighten it with the help of a 4mm Allen key.
Side Handle Assembly
Step 1: Attaching the Wooden Side Handle
- Match the wooden side handle with the side thread of the camera cage and insert the side handle.
- Tighten it properly with its knob. You can hold the handle anywhere on the provided multiple threads of the Camera Cage according to your requirement.
- The wooden side handle is now properly tight.
Step 2: Attaching the Camera
- Attach the Camera (Not Included) into the Camera cage properly by sliding it onto the shoe mount on the top plate.
Step 3: Securing the Camera
- Match the provided screw hole on the bottom of the camera plate with the camera (Not Included) hole.
- Screw it tightly with the help of a screwdriver.
Interchange Slide Bars
Step 1: Removing Side Handle
- Loosen the knob of the wooden side handle and remove the handle.
Step 2: Removing Button Heads
- Remove the button heads from both sides of the camera cage with the help of a 4mm Allen key.
Interchange Slide Bars (Continued)
Step 3: Removing Existing Slide Bar
- The button heads have been properly removed from both sides of the camera cage, and the camera cage's existing side sliding bar can be removed.
- Note: The existing slide bar is comparatively larger than the given slide bar; you can use them according to your size requirements.
Step 4: Inserting New Slide Bars
- Insert the new slide bars from both sides by sliding them on the camera cage.
Step 5: Aligning and Securing Slide Bars
- By aligning the slide bars properly, insert the Allen bolt matching the thread of the sliding bars.
- Tighten the button head properly (front and back) using a 4mm Allen key.
Step 6: Reattaching Wooden Side Handle
- Match the wooden side handle with the side thread of the camera cage and insert the wooden side handle.
- Tighten it properly with its knob.
Step 7: Adjusting Height
- Adjust the height of the camera cage according to your camera's height.

PROAIM offers a one-year warranty for its products from the date of purchase. Within this period, PROAIM will repair the product without charge for labor or parts. Warranty does not cover transportation costs or damage resulting from misuse or accidental damage. Warranty repairs are subject to inspection and evaluation by PROAIM.
