Right Side Circuit

This section details the wiring for the right side of the grill.

Components:

• Pilot Light 1
• Regulating Thermostat 1

Wiring Connections:

Power Input: The AC 208-240V power supply connects via a plug with terminals for Ground (G), Wire Connector (WC), and Wire Connector (BC). The WC terminals are connected to input terminals 1A and 1B of Power Switch 1.

Power Switch 1: This double-pole switch has input terminals 1A (connected to WC) and 1B (connected to WC). Its output terminals are 2A and 2B.

High Limit Thermostat 1: Features terminals 1, C, and L. Terminal L connects to terminal 3. Terminal C connects to terminal 8 (output of Power Switch 1's 2A). Terminal 1 connects to terminal 6.

Regulating Thermostat 1: Features terminals L, N, and C. Terminal L connects to the L terminal of Pilot Light 1. Terminal N connects to the N terminal of Pilot Light 1. Terminal C connects to terminal 3.

Heating Elements:

• Top Right Heating Element: Terminal L connects to terminal 4. Terminal N connects to terminal 2 (output of Power Switch 1's 2B).
• Bottom Right Heating Element: Terminal L connects to terminal 9. Terminal N connects to terminal 5.

Pilot Light 1: Connected to L and N terminals.

Left Side Circuit

This section details the wiring for the left side of the grill.

Components:

• Pilot Light 2
• Regulating Thermostat 2
• Top Left Heating Element
• Bottom Left Heating Element
• High Limit Thermostat 2
• Power Switch 2

Wiring Connections:

Power Input: The BC terminals are connected to input terminals 1A and 1B of Power Switch 2.

Power Switch 2: This double-pole switch has input terminals 1A (connected to BC) and 1B (connected to BC). Its output terminals are 2A and 2B.

High Limit Thermostat 2: Features terminals 1, C, and L. Terminal L connects to terminal 13. Terminal C connects to terminal 16 (output of Power Switch 2's 2A). Terminal 1 connects to terminal 15.

Regulating Thermostat 2: Features terminals L, N, and C. Terminal L connects to the L terminal of Pilot Light 2. Terminal N connects to the N terminal of Pilot Light 2. Terminal C connects to terminal 13.

Heating Elements:

• Top Left Heating Element: Terminal L connects to terminal 12. Terminal N connects to terminal 11 (output of Power Switch 2's 2B).
• Bottom Left Heating Element: Terminal L connects to terminal 17. Terminal N connects to terminal 14.

Pilot Light 2: Connected to L and N terminals.

Grounding

The Ground (G) terminal of the AC plug is connected to the unit's Bottom Case.
