Installation

Ensure all parts are included before installation. The package contains the foam soap dispenser, connector case, tubing, foam tank case unit, and various screws and clamps.

Tools Needed:

• Drill
• 1/8" drill bit
• 1/4” masonry bit (for concrete walls)
• 1” hole drill (for countertop)
• Adjustable wrench or basin wrench
• Phillips head and slotted screwdrivers
• Utility knife
• Hammer
• Ruler/tape measure

Cautions:

• Read "Precautions" attached to liquid products before use.
• Clean spills immediately to prevent falls and injuries.

Installation Placement:

• For indoor use only.
• Do not install in areas with high humidity or direct sunlight.
• Install on a sturdy horizontal surface in ambient temperatures between 0-35°C (32°-95°F).
• Ensure the foam tank case unit is accessible from under the sink.

Prior to Installation:

• An electrical outlet is required, protected from water and within reach of the power cord (approx. 70”). Consult an electrician if no outlet is available.
• Drill a 1" hole in the countertop for the dispenser.

STEP 1. Remove unnecessary components

Remove any components from the washbowl or surface where the dispenser will be installed.

STEP 2. Install foam soap dispenser

Insert the dispenser shank into the mounting hole. Secure it to the countertop using the shank packing, washer, and nut.

STEP 3. Install foam tank case unit to wall

Check for existing piping and wiring behind the mounting location. Ensure the wall is sufficiently reinforced. Mount the bracket and foam tank case unit level. For concrete walls, drill 1.125" deep holes and use wall anchors. For wood walls, drill 1/8" holes and use screws.

STEP 4. Connect foam soap tube and air tube

Connect the foam soap tube and air tube from the dispenser to the corresponding fittings on the foam tank case unit. Ensure tubes are cut to suitable lengths, are free of kinks, and are secured with tube clamps.

Connect wiring

Connect the relay harness from the foam tank case unit to the hand sensor harness from the foam soap dispenser. Feed connectors into the connector case, fold, and secure with screws. Ensure wiring is not pinched.

Protect wire connections

Fold the connector case in half and secure with two stainless steel panhead screws. Ensure harness openings face downwards to prevent water entry.

Mount connector case

Clean the area for the connector case. Affix the adhesive pad to the back of the case, remove the liner, and attach it to the underside or back of the basin or sink. Ensure screws are accessible for future wiring needs.

Attach wire guide clips

Attach wire guide clips to the bracket and secure wires.

Plug in to electrical outlet

Connect the dispenser to a power outlet.

Operation

Mount the soap bottle to the foam tank case unit. Press the reset switch to begin the pumping cycle to purge air from the tube. This may need to be done twice. Place hands under the dispenser; the sensor will detect presence and dispense foam soap.

Replacing Soap

The indicator light blinks when the soap bottle is empty. Turn the key to open the cabinet door. Remove the old bottle and dip tube. Insert the dip tube into the new bottle, attach the joint cap, and install the bottle. Close and lock the door.

Cleaning

For long-term use, perform regular maintenance. Turn off the operation switch before cleaning. Remove soil with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a cloth dampened with a mild detergent, then wipe with a damp cloth, and finish with a dry cloth.

Cleaning the hand sensor

Periodically clean the hand sensor. Turn the operation switch OFF. Wipe the sensor area with a cloth moistened with warm water. Turn the operation switch ON. Ensure nozzles dispense foam soap correctly. Avoid leaving water drops on the sensor.

Cleaning foam soap dispenser

If the soap nozzle is clogged, clean it as follows: Turn the operation switch OFF. Remove the nozzle using a 2.5 mm Hex key. Remove and wash the internal mesh with lukewarm water. Reinsert the mesh and nozzle, and tighten. Turn the operation switch ON to check spraying. Repeat if necessary.

Troubleshooting

Emergency Measures

Follow actions listed on the chemical container and refer to Safety Data Sheets.

• Eye Contact: Flush eyes with water for 15 minutes and consult a physician.
• Ingestion: Drink water to induce vomiting and consult a physician.
• Inhalation: Get fresh air. If condition does not improve, consult a physician.
