What Happens If We Have A Dispute: You and Sony agree that any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. By agreeing to arbitration, you give up the right to litigate in court or participate as a party or class member in any court disputes. All dispute resolution proceedings will only consider your individual claims, and neither party will pursue disputes as a class action, representative action, consolidated action, or private attorney general action.
You have the right to litigate any dispute on an individual basis in small claims court or other similar court of limited jurisdiction, provided the amount at issue does not exceed $15,000 and the court has proper jurisdiction.
Arbitration Instructions
To begin arbitration, either party must make a written demand to the other. Arbitration will take place before a single arbitrator, administered according to the American Arbitration Association's (AAA) Expedited Procedures of the Commercial Arbitration Rules and Supplementary Proceedings for Consumer-Related Disputes.
Filing fees will be shared, with Sony covering additional administrative fees and expenses if your fees exceed AAA's consumer dispute limits.

The Arbitrator's decision is binding and final, subject to limited appeal rights under the Federal Arbitration Act.
