DECLARATION OF SVHC / REACH CONFORMITY
On 1st June 2007 the EU Chemicals Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) entered into force. The purpose of this European Regulation is to ensure a high level of protection of human health and the environment by minimizing the risks associated with the use of chemical substances.
According to Article 33 (1), the supplier of articles containing a substance included in the Candidate List of substances of very high concern for Authorization (SVHC) in a concentration above 0,1% weight by weight (w/w) has to provide the recipient of the article with information on the safe use of the article, as a minimum, the name of that substance.
We have required our raw material, component and finished products supplies to provide us information on relevant chemicals in their supplied products. This enables us to provide information about restricted substances (REACH annex XVII) or substances included in the Candidate List of substances of very high concern for Authorization (SVHC) for our customers.
According to our evaluations and confirmations of our suppliers, our articles and their packagings do not contain any of these substances included in the Candidate List of substances of very high concern for Authorization (SVHC) published on 21st January 2025 in concentrations above 0,1% w/w.
Exclusion for the following substance on the Candidate List of Substances of Very high concern for Authorizations (SVHC) in concentrations above 0,1% w/w:
Substance name | EC-Nr. | CAS-Nr. |
---|---|---|
Lead | 231-100-4 | 7439-92-1 |
This substance is not intentionally added may be present as impurities and does not exceed the maximum allowed by RoHS directive 2011/65/EU including amendments.
The identification of the SVHC in the Candidate List is sufficient to ensure the safe use of the products (complex object/articles) throughout their life cycle.
