Thank you for choosing our security camera. Please read the quick installation guide carefully before using and keep it in good conditions.

III. Product Instructions
1. APP Download and Installation
For Android devices, search for "Tuya smart" in Google Play. For iOS devices, download "Tuya smart" from the App Store.

Alternatively, scan the provided QR code to download and install the "Tuya smart" APP for both Android and iOS.
Note: To ensure full functionality, allow the "Tuya smart" APP to access your mobile devices.
2. Accounts Registration
Open the Tuya smart APP. Click "Agree" to the privacy policy, then register an account using your email or mobile number. Log in to the Tuya smart APP after successful registration.
Note:
- Please tick "Agree" for the "User Agreement and Privacy Policy".
- If the verification code is delayed due to network issues, please try again later.
- If registering via email, check your spam folder for the verification code if not received.
3. QR Code Net-pairing (Recommendation)
Step 1: Power on the camera. It should emit a beep. If not, press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds to reset the device.
Step 2: Connect your mobile phone to a 2.4G WIFI network and open the "Tuya Smart" app. Follow the on-screen prompts.
Note:
- Passwords do not support special characters like @, #, %, &.
- Place the camera next to the router before configuring.
Step 3: Place the camera and the mobile phone's QR code at a distance of 5.9-7.8 inches (15-20 cm). Adjust the phone's position slightly left/right or up/down to ensure the camera scans the QR code. Once you hear the beep, click "I Heard the Prompt".
Note: QR Code Net-pairing and Smart Configuration only support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Ensure your mobile devices are on the same network as the camera.
IV. Operation Guide
1. Interface Introduction
In the current interface, you can slide or zoom the video, switch audio, capture High-Definition (HD) pictures, view real-time video in full screen, take snapshots, initiate an intercom, save media to the local album, and select the camera's HD mode.
Live View Controls:
- Return: Go back to the previous screen.
- High Definition Setting: Switch between HD and standard definition.
- Time Watermark: Toggle time display on/off.
- Full Screen: Expand video to full screen.
- Photo Snapshot: Capture a still image.
- Audio (Press to Talk): Press and hold to speak through the camera.
- Video Record: Start/stop recording video.
- Camera Name: Displays the camera's name.
- Setting: Access camera settings.
- Digital Zoom: Zoom in/out on the video feed.
- Camera Sound Switch: Mute/unmute camera audio.
- Signal: Indicates network signal strength.
2.1 Detection Alarm Messages
You can view alarm messages by clicking "All" and selecting the desired date.
2.2 Video Cloud Storage
Supports recording the latest 30 days of event recordings. A 1-month free trial is available. Four subscription plans can be chosen based on your needs.
2.3 Features
- Playback: Enter the playback interface to capture, watch, and record video from specific times.
- Gallery: View and manage captured photos and videos. You can delete unwanted items.
- Theme Color: Choose between light and dark modes.
- Private Mode: Puts the camera in sleep mode, disabling recording. Click "Turn on the camera" to resume recording.
- Night Mode: Offers three modes: Smart, Infrared, and Color. Select the best option for your environment.
- Motion Tracking: The camera follows the movement of detected objects.
- Motion Detection: The app sends a notification when the camera detects object movement.
3. Basic Settings
3.1-1 Basic Function Settings
- Private Mode: Puts the camera in sleep mode, disabling recording. Click "Turn on the camera" to resume.
- Flip Screen: Rotates the live video feed by 180 degrees.
- Time Watermark: Displays the current time in the upper right corner of the live video.
- Talk Mode:
- One-way Talk: Allows one-way audio communication. You send a voice message, and the other party can receive and reply.
- Two-way Talk: Enables simultaneous two-way audio communication.
3.1-2 Basic Function Settings
Nightvision Mode:
- Auto Mode (Recommended): Displays video in color during the day and automatically switches to black and white in darkness.
- IR Mode: Displays video in color during the day and in pitch black during the night.
- Color Mode: Displays video in black and white regardless of day or night conditions.
3.2 Detection Alarm Settings
Before using motion detection alerts, insert a TF card or subscribe to cloud storage service.
- Motion Detection Alarm: Enables notifications when the camera detects object movement.
- Alarm Sensitivity Level: Adjust motion detection sensitivity to low, medium, or high.
- Activity Area/Surveillance Area Setting: Define specific areas for monitoring.
- Motion Tracking: The camera follows the movement of detected objects.
- Alarm Timer Settings: Schedule when motion detection is active.
3.3 Storage Settings
The camera supports microSD card slots and local backup, with TF card support up to 128GB. You can select recording modes and set schedules.
Storage Capacity: Displays total, used, and remaining capacity.
Storage Settings: Options include Local Recording, Recording Mode, Schedule, Remove memory device, and Format.
Notes:
- Ensure "Local Recording" is enabled in storage settings for SD card video saving.
- Format the SD card on a computer before inserting it into the camera.
- Unplug the power cable before inserting the SD card to prevent damage.
- Each memory card is intended for one camera; format it before using it with another camera.
3.4 Offline Notification
A notification is sent if the device remains offline for over 30 minutes to avoid constant reminders.
3.5 Share Device
Note (Before sharing):
- The person receiving the share must download the Tuya smart APP first.
- The shared account's registered country must match the master account's country in the APP.
V. Help Center & More Service
The help center provides solutions to common issues. If problems persist, you can submit a question via "Unresolved? Send Feedback" for a response within 24 hours. However, contacting the seller directly is recommended for faster assistance.
VI. Installation Instructions
Use the two large screws included in the box to securely fix the bracket to your desired installation location (e.g., ceiling or wall).
VII. Troubleshooting
1. APP Can't Be Registered Successfully
- Verify your mobile phone's network connection is normal.
- Ensure you have agreed to the software service agreement and privacy policy.
- Check your spam folder for the verification code.
- Use Wi-Fi for registration if mobile network registration fails. If both mobile and Wi-Fi prompts fail to obtain a server address, check if other software works normally.
- During installation, grant the app necessary location and other permissions for optimal server arrangement.
- If issues persist, uninstall and reinstall the app, ensuring all permissions are granted during installation.
2. Unable to Connect to the Network
2.1 Unable to Connect to WiFi:
- Enable DHCP on your router.
- Ensure the camera is not blacklisted in the router's MAC settings.
- Turn off the 5GHz Wi-Fi on your router (consult router manufacturer if needed).
- After connecting to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, check if your mobile phone can access the internet.
- Confirm your mobile devices are connected to the same network router as the camera.
- If the network is normal, reset the camera and reconnect.
2.2 Unable to Connect to Wired:
- Enable DHCP on your router.
- Ensure the camera is not blacklisted in the router's MAC settings.
- Connect the network cable to your computer first, then check the computer and obtain the IP address. If the IP address is set manually, configure the router to enable the DHCP server.
- After enabling the DHCP server, verify the computer can access the internet normally.
- Connect the network cable to the device and reset the connection.
2.3 WiFi Password Reason:
- Ensure the camera's connected Wi-Fi password matches the router's Wi-Fi password.
- Check if the entered Wi-Fi password contains spaces or special characters (@, #, %, &).
2.4 Disconnected 5GHz WIFI, Unable to Connect to WiFi:
- Turn off the 5GHz network and keep the 2.4GHz network active.
- Disconnect the router, then restart the camera.
- Ensure the Wi-Fi name does not contain "5Ghz" words.
3. Camera Matches WiFi Successfully, But Can't Hear Voice
- Reset the camera, then power off and reconnect it. (Resetting can remove local data).
- Place the phone as close as possible to the camera and router during connection.
- Turn off the 5GHz Wi-Fi.
4. No Pop-up Message for Motion Detection Alarm
- Enable notification permissions in your mobile device's system settings for the APP.
- Some Android phones may have issues receiving alarm push notifications.
- Ensure motion detection is turned on in the APP (refer to page 13).
Note: SMS and email reminders are not supported at this time.
5. Motion Detection Messages Prompt Frequently
- High motion detection sensitivity or light changes can trigger false alarms.
- Reduce the alarm sensitivity (low level is recommended).
6. After Inserting SD, It Displays Damaged
- Disconnect the power before inserting the SD card.
- Connect the power only after the card is plugged in.
- The SD card must be formatted on a computer before use.
- Choose a genuine SD card.
7. No Playback Record After Inserting SD Card
Please refer to page 14.
8. Watch Videos with the Same Camera on Different Devices
- The master account can share video with other accounts without quantity limits. Shared accounts can watch, snapshot, and record video.
- The main account's app name and password can be used to log in on other devices to view video and use any function.
9. The Scenarios for the Reset Key
- Reset Wi-Fi information.
- Wi-Fi exception before connecting to the camera.
- Wi-Fi password error.
- Wi-Fi drop.
- Replace new Wi-Fi.

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to two conditions: (1) it must not cause harmful interference, and (2) it must accept any interference received, including that which may cause undesired operation.
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the responsible party could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy. If not installed and used per instructions, it may cause harmful interference to radio communications. No guarantee is made that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If interference occurs, try correcting it by:
- Reorienting or relocating the receiving antenna.
- Increasing the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connecting the equipment to an outlet on a different circuit than the receiver.
- Consulting a dealer or experienced radio/TV technician.
