This document provides installation and loading instructions for the Tork M-Box Pro Centerfeed Towel Dispenser, model M2.
Installation Instructions
Required Tools and Components
To install the dispenser, you will need:
- Tork M-Box Pro Dispenser (x1)
- Key ? (x1)
- Installation Instructions Booklet
- Mounting Template
- Tape
- Screwdriver ?
- Drill with 6 mm drill bit ?️
- Level ?
- Screws ? (x4)
- Wall Plugs (x4)
Mounting Procedure
- Marking the Wall: Using a level ? and measuring tape, determine the desired mounting height. A common recommendation is 48 inches (120 cm) from the floor. Ensure a minimum clearance of 6 inches (150 mm) from any electrical outlet.
- Positioning the Template: Attach the paper mounting template to the wall at the marked height, ensuring it is level. Mark the locations for the screw holes through the template.
- Drilling Holes: Drill holes at the marked locations using a 6 mm drill bit ?️.
- Inserting Wall Plugs: Insert the provided wall plugs (x4) into the drilled holes.
Securing the Dispenser
Hang the dispenser onto the wall, aligning it with the wall plugs or mounting screws. Secure the dispenser to the wall using the provided screws ? (x4) from the bottom.
Loading Instructions
Loading the Towel Roll
- Take one Tork M2 centerfeed towel roll.
- Unlock and open the dispenser using the key ?.
- Insert the towel roll into the dispenser's core.
Feeding and Dispensing
- Guide the end of the paper through the designated slot.
- Close the dispenser cover securely.
- Pull the paper to dispense a towel.
Operation
Key Usage
The dispenser is operated using a key ?:
- Unlocking/Loading (A): Insert the key ? into the lock and turn to unlock and open the dispenser for loading or maintenance.
- Locking (B): After loading or maintenance, insert the key ? and turn to lock the dispenser, ensuring security.
Adjusting from 2-Ply Setting
The dispenser can be adjusted to accommodate different towel thicknesses. The default setting is for 2-Ply towels. To adjust for 1-Ply towels, locate the adjustment lever inside the dispenser and move it using a screwdriver ? to the appropriate position for 1-Ply paper.
Safety and Disposal Information
Important Warnings
⚠️ Electrical Safety: To prevent potential electric shock hazards, do not install the dispenser directly above or within 6 inches (15.24 cm) of an electrical outlet. Avoid placing the dispenser where users must reach over an electrical outlet to access it.

Disposal
Damaged or malfunctioning products should be disposed of immediately to prevent potential injury. Dispose of products in accordance with all applicable regulations.
