General Warranty Coverage

Gerber Plumbing Fixtures LLC (“Gerber”) warrants to the original consumer purchaser that all Gerber branded kitchen and bath faucets, bath accessories, valves, and their included parts or accessories (other than electronic parts) will be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home.

All electronic parts are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years. Batteries are not included.

Exclusions from Warranty

This limited warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear of washers, O-rings and O-ring seats, sealant, and lubricants.

Gerber will replace, free of charge, any product or part that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal residential application during the warranty period. If replacement of the original part is not practical, Gerber may elect to replace it with an equivalent part or refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. These are your exclusive remedies.

This warranty excludes:

• Industrial, commercial, and business usage. Purchasers for these uses receive a five (5) year limited warranty for non-electronic parts and a one (1) year limited warranty for electronic parts from the date of purchase, with all other terms applying except the duration.
• Installation outside of the United States of America, Canada or Mexico (North America). Purchasers in these locations receive a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase, with all other terms applying except the duration.

Any damage resulting from:

• Improper installation or maintenance.
• Misuse, accident, neglect.
• Freezing water.
• Any use that violates the instructions furnished by Gerber.
• Use of abrasive or corrosive cleaners, steel wool, alcohol, organic solvents, and harsh chemicals, as such use will dull the finish and void the warranty.

Warranty Validity and Limitations

To uphold Gerber's brand integrity and product quality, this warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Gerber, and/or Gerber's authorized distributors, authorized resellers, and authorized retailers, as designated by Gerber. Parts, replacement parts, or products purchased from an unauthorized source will not be covered and will render this warranty null and void.

To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranty, including the implied warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose, is limited to the statutory period or the duration of this warranty, whichever is shorter.

Gerber shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages (including labor charges to repair, replace, install, or remove this product), whether arising out of breach of any express or implied warranty, breach of contract, tort, or otherwise.

In no event shall Gerber's liability exceed the purchase price of the faucet.

Warranty parts orders may be subject to shipping & handling charges.

Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. Therefore, these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state, province to province.
