1. Introduction
1.1. Lock structure
Description of the lock structure: The front panel features a numeric keypad (0-9, *, #), a circular button below the keypad, and indicator lights. The side view shows the dimensions and the overall shape of the lock. The back panel shows mounting points and internal components.

System Initialization
To initialize the system: Open the panel and the battery cover. Long press the "Pick-proof" button on the back panel, insert the battery, and hold for 5 seconds. The initialization is complete.
The "Pick-proof" button is located on the back panel.
2. Installation
Step 1 Take down the panel
Press the button like the picture, and slide the panel.
Step 2 Install the battery
1. Loosen the screw. 2. Insert the battery and tighten the screw.
Step 3 Install panel and compete
Press and slide up the panel. Install compete.
3. Operation
3.1. Registration
The software (iOS version) can be downloaded from the app store, and the Android version can be downloaded from the application stores of Google Play, Yingyongbao, Baidu, Ali, 360, Huawei, and Xiaomi.
3.2. Connect lock to the phone
- Scan the QR code to download the app.
- Alternatively, search for "TT Lock" in the APP store (Google Play).
- Register a new account (phone number or email) or log in with an existing account.
- Touch the lock screen to wake it up, then click "+ Add Lock".
- The nearby lock will appear on the phone screen; click "+".
- Rename the lock.
- The lock is added successfully.
TT Lock users can register accounts via mobile phone or email, supporting over 200 countries and regions. A verification code will be sent to the user's mobile phone or email, and registration will be successful after verification.
3.3. Add locks
TTLock supports multiple types of lock devices. The lock needs to be added via the app after entering the add mode. Generally, if a lock has not been added, touching the lock keyboard will enter the add mode. The default password is 123456 if not added by the phone.
3.4. User Management
3.4.1. Bluetooth management
Ensure Bluetooth communication is stable. After connecting the phone to the door lock, click the unlock icon [unlock-icon] to unlock (the phone must be within 5 meters of the door lock).
3.4.2. Setting Passcode
Passcodes are another way to unlock. After entering the passcode on the locked keyboard, press the unlock button in the lower right corner. Passcodes can be permanent, time-limited, single-use, clear, cycle, or custom. Passcodes can be shared via WeChat, SMS, Email, Messenger, WhatsApp.
3.4.3. Send e-Key
Click the "Send eKey" [send-key-icon] button. You can send an eKey to other TTlock users to authorize unlocking. The receiver must download the TTlock APP and set up an account. Select the e-key format (Timed, Permanent, One-time, Recurring). Enter the recipient's TTlock account, set the eKey name and validity period. You can choose to allow or disallow remote unlocking and set authorized administrator status. After sending, the recipient's account gains Bluetooth unlock permission.
3.4.4. Add card
IC cards can be used to open doors. Before use, an IC card must be added via the app. The validity period of the IC card can be set as permanent or time-limited.
3.4.5. e-Key management
Click the "eKeys" [eKeys-icon] icon. The manager can delete, reset, send, and adjust eKeys, and also search lock records.
3.4.6. Passcode management
Click the "Passcodes" [passcodes-icon] icon. All generated passwords can be viewed and managed in the password management module, including changing, deleting, resetting, and viewing unlock records.
3.4.7. Unlock records
Click the "Records" [records-icon] icon to query unlock records.
3.5. Connect with other lock
When the K6 connects with another lock (referred to as B lock), the K6 acts as a remote control to unlock the B lock. When the K6 unlocks, the B lock unlocks as well.
To connect with a B lock:
- Press "*"+"813"+"#" to verify Administrator passcode, then press "+" and "1"+"#" on the K6 to enter Pairing Mode.
- After adding the B lock to the TT Lock app, click the "Remote" [remote-icon] icon to enter the interface, then click "Add Remote" and "Next" to add.
- Connection is complete. You can now use the K6 to control the B Lock.
3.5. Gateway management (Optional)
The TT lock connects directly via Bluetooth, making it secure from network attacks. A gateway acts as a bridge between smart locks and home Wi-Fi networks. Through the gateway, users can remotely view and calibrate the lock clock, read unlock records, and remotely delete or modify passwords.
3.5.1. Add Gateway
Light Status:
- Light flashes alternately red and blue: Stand-by mode, ready for pairing.
- Blue light: Working mode.
- Red light: Network failure.
Pair the Gateway with APP:
- Activate the APP.
- Press the menu icon [menu-icon].
- Select "Gateway".
- Select "G2" [G2-icon].
- Plug in the gateway and power it on. The light will flash alternately red and blue.
- Press the "+" sign [plus-icon].
- Add Gateway: Enter WiFi name and password.
- Select the network and fill in the password.
- Add complete.
Notice: If the process times out, please power off and try again.
3.5.2. Manual
After a short period, you can see which locks are within the gateway's coverage in the app. Once a lock is bound to the gateway, it can be managed through the gateway.
4. FAQ
How to read operation records?
In the Records section of the main interface.
Why can't I unlock it after opening the passage mode?
You need to perform an unlock verification using any method; then, the passage mode will take effect.
What is the purpose of Auto Lock?
You can set how long the lock remains locked after unlocking.
After installation, touch sensing keyboard, screen no respond
a) Check if the battery is installed upside down or if it has enough power. b) Remove the back panel and check connections. c) Remove the lock, check if the wires of the lock body are squeezed, and re-wire.
Unable to register fingerprint
Check fingers for dirt or wear. Clean the fingerprint sensor on the lock for dirt and oil stains. Ensure the fingerprint sensor is working properly by pressing it to see if there are any responses.
What is the reason why the smart lock consumes fast power?
a) High standby power consumption. b) Short circuit.
There is no response to pressing the handle on the outside door, and it unlocks normally on the inside door, but the verification is normal, and the motor is normal.
The triangle direction on the clutch might be incorrect. Please check and correct it.
How many times will the password be locked? How long is it locked?
If the wrong password is entered more than 5 times in a row, the keyboard is locked for 5 minutes. Other methods can be used to open the door.
