- Voltage power from outlet must match specifications on appliance nameplate.
- This appliance must be grounded.
- Using an extension cord may cause overheating and increase the risk of fire. If an extension cord MUST be used: 1) Only use an extension cord with grounding plug. 2) The marked rating of an extension cord must be equal to or greater than the rating of this appliance.
- Do not operate if any component, including the cord or plug, is damaged.
- Unplug the unit before cleaning by hand.
- Only responsible and capable adults should operate the ice maker.
- Do not place the power cord where it could be pulled by children or pose a tripping hazard.
- Children should not be left unattended near the ice maker during operation.
- Do not use water that is micro-biologically unsafe or of unknown quality.
- Do not remove any safety, warning, or product information labels from the unit.
- Do not touch the evaporator with your hands while the ice maker is operating.
- Do not plug in or unplug the unit with wet hands.
- The unit must be placed and set up according to installation instructions before use. The unit is for indoor household use only.
- Do not store or use flammable vapors or liquids near the unit.
- Do not immerse any part of the unit in water.
- Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, modify or replace any part of the ice maker unless permitted by the manufacturer.

- When handling, installing, and operating the unit, care should be taken to avoid damage to the refrigerant tubing.

- Keep ventilation openings around the unit's enclosure clear of obstruction.
- Do not place the unit near heat sources such as an oven.
- Ensure a minimum of three inches of clearance around the side and back walls of the unit for proper air circulation.
- Do not place the unit in direct sunlight.
ATTENTION ⚠️
- The ice maker parts should be replaced with parts that have the same specifications and the maintenance should be done by authorized service personnel, to minimize the risk of fire hazards due to incorrect parts or improper operation.
- The ice maker should be installed in accordance with the Safety Standard for Refrigeration Systems, ASHRAE 15.
- The ice maker should not be installed in hallways or corridors of public buildings.

Control Panel Introduction
The control panel includes the following buttons and indicators:
Button/Icon | Function |
---|---|
1. ON/OFF | In standby mode, press to enter ice-making mode. In ice-making mode, press to cancel automatic deicing. Press and hold for 3 sec to enter deicing mode. When error displays, press to go back to standby mode. |
2. CLEAN | In standby mode, press and hold for 3 sec to enter self-cleaning mode (20 min countdown). In self-cleaning mode, press and hold for 3 sec to end cleaning. |
3. + | In standby mode, press and hold for 3 sec to adjust the timer setting (default 1 hr). Press to show the setting time. Press and hold again for 3 sec to cancel the timer. In ice-making mode, press and hold for 3 sec to program when the ice maker should stop. |
4. - | Press and hold for 3 sec to select large or small ice mode. Adjust ice thickness with the + or - button. When setting is saved, press to show the ice mode. Press and hold again for 3 sec to cancel the setting. |
Display Screen Meanings:
- Display Screen (a): Shows 60 sec countdown for automatic deicing; 20 min countdown for self-cleaning; hours set to start/finish making ice; ice mode (01 for large, -1 for small, 00 for regular); "E" for errors.
- Ice Making Indicator (b): Remains lit when making ice. Flashes when automatic deicing mode is selected.
- Ice Full Indicator (c): Remains lit when ice basket is full and ready.
- Water Low Indicator (d): Remains lit when the water reservoir is low.
- Self-Cleaning Indicator (e): Remains lit in self-cleaning mode. Flashes when cleaning is needed.
- Ice Thickness Indicator (f): Remains lit when ice thickness setting is completed.
- Timer Indicator (g): Remains lit when timer setting is completed.
Using Your Ice Maker
Before First Use:
- Stand upright for 24 hours.
- Verify all parts and accessories were received. Contact Customer Service for missing parts.
- Carefully remove protective film and clean the ice maker thoroughly. Ensure the drain plug is installed.
- If not used for a long period, discard the first 4 cycles of ice. Ice quality should stabilize after the first 1-3 cycles.
Operating Conditions: Use in locations between 50°F ~ 90°F (10°C ~ 32°C).
What Not To Do:
- Do not place on an unstable base. ⚠️
- Do not use other liquids besides drinking water. ⚠️
- Do not use in high or low temperatures (lower than 41°F/5°C). ⚠️
How to Use Your Ice Maker:
- Add Water:
- Bottled Water Connection: Open the lid and insert the water bottle spout into the water bottle holder.
- Manual Water Filling: Remove the water bottle holder. Add water, but do not exceed the MAX water level. Note: Do not add water directly into the front second water tank.
- Press the ON/OFF button.
- Select Ice Size: In standby or ice-making mode, press and hold the '-' button for 3 seconds to choose ice cube size. It is recommended to choose the small ice mode in low temperatures. (LARGE = Thicker, SMALL = Thinner)
- Wait up to 20 minutes for ice making. Time depends on room and water temperature.
DONE: The ice full indicator (c) is on when the ice basket is full and ready.
REFILL: When the water low indicator (d) is on, add water and press the '+' button to restart the machine.
To store the ice scoop, hang it on the left or right hanging slots.
Take ice cubes out before they start to melt.
Note: It takes a little more time to restart the ice maker after accidental power-off.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Recommended cleaning once per week.
Self-Cleaning (20-Min Process):
- Remove the basket. Add water to the upper water tank. Note: Professional ice maker detergent can be used for hard water areas.
- In standby mode, press and hold the CLEAN button for 3 seconds to start self-cleaning.
- Drain excess water over a sink using the drain plug.
- Clean the exterior with a cloth using mild dishwashing soap.
Manual Cleaning:
Turn off and disconnect the unit from power before cleaning.
- Open the water fill lid, remove the water bottle holder and the ice basket.
- Clean using a soft cloth with warm water and vinegar. Clean the water tanks, water filter, evaporator, and other small corners to prevent dirt buildup.
- Drain excess water over a sink using the drain plug.
- Clean the exterior with a cloth using mild dishwashing soap.
DO's & DON'Ts while cleaning and maintaining:
- Do not use organic solvent, boiled water, strong acid, or strong alkali for cleaning.
- Regular manual cleaning is recommended due to varying water quality.
- When the unit is not used for a long duration, drain the water completely & dry the interior.
- Store in a well-ventilated area.

Troubleshooting

30-Day Limited Warranty
To provide customers with a quality shopping and user experience, the unit can be replaced or returned for a full refund within the 30-day period from the date of purchase.
30-Day to 1-Year Limited Warranty
After the 30-day warranty has expired, a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase that covers product replacement is automatically activated. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
30-Day to 1-Year Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or shipping damage.
- Dissatisfaction due to buyer's remorse.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damages incurred after initial transportation.
