IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
To reduce the risk of injury or property damage, please follow these safety precautions.
WARNING
- Voltage power from outlet must match specifications on appliance nameplate.
- This appliance must be grounded.
- Using an extension cord may cause overheating and increase the risk of fire. If an extension cord MUST be used:
- Only use an extension cord with a grounding plug.
- The marked rating of an extension cord must be equal to or greater than the rating of this appliance.
- Do not operate if any component, including the cord or plug, is damaged.
- Unplug the unit before cleaning by hand.
- Only responsible and capable adults should operate the ice maker.
- Do not place the power cord where it could be pulled by children or pose a tripping hazard.
- Children should not be left unattended near the ice maker during operation.
- Do not use water that is micro-biologically unsafe or of unknown quality.
- Do not remove any safety, warning, or product information labels from the unit.
- Do not touch the evaporator with your hands while the ice maker is operating.
- Do not plug in or unplug the unit with wet hands.
- The unit must be placed and set up according to installation instructions before use. The unit is for indoor household use only.
- Do not store or use flammable vapors or liquids near the unit.
- Do not immerse any part of the unit in water.
- Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, modify or replace any part of the ice maker unless permitted by the manufacturer.
WARNING: FIRE OR EXPLOSION HAZARD - Flammable Refrigerant
This unit contains an isobutane refrigerant, also known as R600a, a natural gas with high environmental compatibility. However, it is also combustible. Adhere to the warnings below to reduce the risk of injury or property damage.
- When handling, installing, and operating the unit, care should be taken to avoid damage to the refrigerant tubing.
- Only dispose of the unit according to Federal and Local Regulations. Contact your local authorities for the environmentally safe disposal of the unit.
- Keep ventilation openings around the unit's enclosure clear of obstruction.
- Do not place the unit near heat sources such as an oven.
- Ensure a minimum of three inches of clearance around the side and back walls of the unit for proper air circulation.
- Do not place the unit in direct sunlight.

CONTROL PANEL INTRODUCTION

USING YOUR ICE MAKER
BEFORE FIRST USE
- Allow the unit to stand upright for 24 hours before use. Check for accessories. If parts are missing, contact customer service.
- Clean the ice maker thoroughly before first use. Discard the first 4 cycles of ice produced.
- The ice maker operates best in ambient temperatures between 50°F and 90°F (10°C to 32°C). Ice production may be stable after 1-3 initial cycles due to temperature variations and other factors.
- Attach the handle by aligning it with the keyholes and inserting each side to lock it in place.
WHAT NOT TO DO!
- Do not place the unit on an unstable base.
- Do not add liquids other than drinking water to the reservoir.
- Do not use the ice maker in high or low temperatures outside the recommended range (below 41°F/5°C or above 90°F).
HOW TO USE YOUR ICE MAKER
- Open the cover and remove the ice basket.
- Press the SELECT button to choose the desired ice cube size (Small or Large).
- Pour fresh water into the reservoir, ensuring not to exceed the "MAX" water fill line.
- Press the ON/OFF button to start the ice-making process. The unit will begin making ice, which typically takes 6-13 minutes per cycle, depending on room temperature and ice size.
- When the Ice Full indicator (5) is on, the ice basket is full. Remove the ice promptly to prevent melting. If the Low Water indicator (6) turns on, add water and press the ON/OFF button to restart.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
To keep your ice tasting fresh and the unit looking great, clean the unit once per week.
SELF-CLEANING (5-MIN PROCESS)
- Remove the ice basket and add water to the reservoir.
- Press the SELECT button until the Self-Cleaning indicator (7) lights up. Then, press the ON/OFF button to start the self-cleaning mode.
- After the self-cleaning cycle is complete, drain the water reservoir by removing the drain plug.
- Clean the exterior of the unit with a cloth and mild dishwashing soap.
MANUAL CLEANING
- Turn off the unit and disconnect it from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Remove the ice basket.
- Clean the interior using a soft cloth with warm water and vinegar. Clean the water filter, ice shovel, and the evaporator to avoid dirt buildup.
- Drain the water reservoir.
- Clean the exterior with a cloth and mild dishwashing soap.
A DO's & DON'Ts while cleaning and maintaining
- Do not use organic solvents, boiled water, detergent, strong acid, or strong alkali for cleaning.
- When the unit is not to be used for a long duration, drain the water completely and dry the interior. Store in a well-ventilated area.

TROUBLESHOOTING
