1. Appearance Introduction

The Nuvance Smartwatch S11 features an HD Screen.

Key components include:

• Heart rate LED light
• Heart rate sensor
• Infrared light
• Magnetic charging port
• Button: Long press to start up/shut down, Short press to return.

The bracelet is made of healthy materials and is safe to use. If you experience skin discomfort, discontinue use and consult a doctor.

2. Charging and Start Up

Charge the product for more than two hours before use. Align the charging port with the metal contacts on the charging base until the charging indicator appears on the bracelet screen.

Important Notes:

• Use the special charging cable provided with the package. Keep the charging port clear and dry.
• Do not use a power adapter with an output exceeding 5V 1A, as this may damage the circuit and prevent charging.

3. App Download

Scan the QR code provided or visit your device's App Store to download and install the GloryFit app. Grant the necessary permissions to ensure optimal Bluetooth connectivity.

4. Binding

1. Open the GloryFit app and add the smartwatch you wish to connect. Confirm that the Bluetooth addresses displayed on both the app and the smartwatch match. (You can find the smartwatch's Bluetooth address in its settings.)
2. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile phone and keep the smartwatch close to the phone for a successful connection. After successful pairing, you can check the connection status in the smartwatch's notification bar.

5. Functions Introduction

The smartwatch supports full-screen touch, with various gestures including sliding up, down, left, and right, as well as long presses for different operations. Swipe the screen to view various functions, or click and long press for specific actions.

The smartwatch offers functions such as exercise monitoring, heart rate monitoring, and message reminders.

6. Common Problems

1. App can't search the device: Try pressing the device button. If the screen remains off, connect the device to the charger to ensure it has power.
2. Device repeatedly connects and disconnects: Some mobile phones automatically clean up background programs. Add the GloryFit app to your phone's whitelist or self-start management list.
3. Device cannot be charged: Check the charging port for dirt or corrosion. Ensure full contact between the USB interface and the charging head for successful charging.

7. Maintenance

1. Do not wear the smartwatch while bathing, swimming, or engaging in other water activities.
2. Avoid prolonged exposure of the smartwatch to high moisture, high temperatures, or low temperatures.
3. Keep the smartwatch away from dusty environments such as laboratories, light industry studios, or storage rooms.
4. If the smartwatch crashes and restarts, check your phone's memory information, clear it, and try again, or restart the GloryFit app.
