4. GETTING STARTED
SET UP FOR MOBILE
Follow these steps to set up your Razer Kishi V3 for mobile use:
- Gently pull the left side of the controller outwards.
- Slide your mobile device into the controller, ensuring the USB Type-C connector aligns with the port on your device.
- Push the right side of the controller inwards until your device is securely seated. The status indicator will turn solid white for 2 seconds.
Maximum supported dimensions: 12.32 mm thickness (including camera) x 208.9 mm length.
INSTALL THE RAZER NEXUS GAME LAUNCHER (FOR MOBILE DEVICES)
Launch compatible games, remap controller buttons, enable or disable haptic feedback, take screenshots, record or share gameplay, and much more.

The Razer Nexus Game Launcher app provides enhanced functionality. Scan the QR code or visit rzr.to/nexus-app to download.
SET UP FOR PC
Connect the Razer Kishi V3 to your PC using a USB Type-A to USB Type-C cable. The controller will use XInput on Windows.
Note: Charging cable not included. Detach your mobile device when using the controller on a PC.
5. USING THE CONTROLLER
DETACHING YOUR PHONE
- Gently pull the right side of the controller outwards.
- Slide your mobile device out of the controller.
PASSTHROUGH AUDIO
Connect your headset to the 3.5 mm audio + mic port on the Razer Kishi V3 for audio passthrough. This feature works with both mobile devices and PC connections. Razer headset sold separately.
PASSTHROUGH CHARGING
Connect a USB Type-C charging cable to the USB Type-C port on the Razer Kishi V3 to charge your mobile device while gaming. The status indicator will turn solid amber for 10 seconds. Note: Charging cable not included. Make sure to use only the included USB A to USB C cable. USB Type C audio and other accessories are not supported.
USING THE RUBBER CUSHIONS
The Razer Kishi V3 comes with two types of rubber cushions:
- Rubber Cushions A (Pre-installed): For iPhone devices.
- Rubber Cushions B: For Android devices.
By default, rubber cushions A are pre-installed. For a case-fitted phone, you can also try removing the rubber cushions to see if it's compatible with the controller.
REMAPPING THE MULTI-FUNCTION BUTTONS (M1/M2/L4/R4)
- Hold down the Nexus button and the Multi-Function bumper/paddle you want to remap. The indicator will show 'Breathing white' (10 secs), indicating Mapping Mode.
- Press the button you want to assign to it. The indicator will show 'Blinking green' (1.5 secs), indicating a successful remap.

6. SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE
SAFETY GUIDELINES
To achieve maximum safety while using your Razer Kishi V3, please adopt the following guidelines:
- If you experience operating issues and troubleshooting does not resolve them, unplug the device (if applicable) and contact Razer Support at support.razer.com.
- Do not disassemble the device or attempt to operate it under abnormal current loads, as this will void your warranty.
- Keep the controller's accessories out of the reach of small children to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Keep the device away from liquid, humidity, or moisture. Operate the device only within the specific temperature range of 0°C (32°F) to 40°C (104°F). If the temperature exceeds this range, detach the device to allow its temperature to stabilize to an optimal level.
MAINTENANCE AND USE
The Razer Kishi V3 requires minimal maintenance. Once a month, clean the device using a soft cloth or cotton swab to prevent dirt buildup.
