The company has been selected for the FTSE4Good Index Series, the FTSE Blossom Japan Index, and the FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index for six consecutive years and four consecutive years, respectively.

About the Indices

The FTSE4Good Index Series includes companies with excellent ESG initiatives and is a leading global ESG index. It serves as an important criterion for investors when selecting investments based on a company's ESG efforts.

The FTSE Blossom Japan Index is designed to reflect the performance of Japanese companies that demonstrate excellent ESG performance. Furthermore, the FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index, established in 2022, includes Japanese companies that have demonstrated superior performance in the ESG field, particularly those that have improved their greenhouse gas emissions, as evaluated by the TPI Management Quality Score.

The FTSE Blossom Japan Index and the FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index are among the indices adopted by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF), Japan's largest institutional investor, for ESG investment.
