Getting Started
To begin using the headset:
- Connect the wireless USB transmitter to a USB port on your PC. The optimal wireless range is up to 40 feet (12m), but this can be affected by obstructions and other wireless devices.
- The operating system will automatically install the device driver upon the first connection. It is recommended to reboot your PC after the driver installation.
- Prolonged listening at high volumes can adversely affect hearing. Take breaks and start with the volume at the lowest level before increasing it.
Charging
The headset must be fully charged before first use.
- Connect the USB charging cable to a USB port on your PC.
- Connect the other end of the USB charging cable to the headset.
- The headset battery does not have a "memory effect," so it can be recharged without needing to be fully discharged first.
- Ensure the USB port used for charging is USB 2.0 or better, as some older USB ports may not support USB 2.0.
iCUE Software
Download the iCUE software from corsair.com/support/downloads to unlock the full feature set of your headset.
- Install the iCUE software on a PC running Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, or later.

With iCUE software, you can:
- Customize RGB color and lighting intensity.

For Optimal Wireless Performance
- Place the wireless USB transmitter in an open, unobstructed area.

- Avoid leaving the battery fully discharged for long periods; battery life is maximized by keeping it in a partially charged state.
- If RGB lighting effects are not important, disable them in iCUE to extend battery life.
