Thank you for purchasing the Furrion Aurora™ Bluetooth Soundbar. Before operating your new product, please read these instructions carefully. This manual contains information for safe use, installation, and introduction to the product. Furrion does not accept responsibility for any damages due to not observing these instructions. CAUTION: TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK, DO NOT REMOVE COVER (OR BACK). NO USER-SERVICEABLE PARTS INSIDE. REFER SERVICING TO QUALIFIED SERVICE PERSONNEL.
The 'bolt of lightning' symbol ⚡ indicates uninsulated material within your unit may cause an electrical shock. For safety, do not remove product covering.
The 'exclamation mark' symbol ⚠️ calls attention to features for which you should read the enclosed literature closely to prevent operating and maintenance problems.
Safety Precautions
- Read and keep these instructions.
- Heed all warnings and follow all instructions.
- Do not install near heat sources like radiators or stoves.
- To reduce fire or electric shock risk, do not expose the apparatus to rain or moisture.
- Ensure the apparatus is securely attached to the wall per installation instructions to prevent injury.
- Only use manufacturer-specified attachments/accessories.
- Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.
- Do not defeat the safety purpose of polarized or grounding type plugs. Consult an electrician for outlet replacement if the plug does not fit.
- Route power cords properly to prevent tripping hazards. Use a dedicated, rated GFI power socket.
- Use properly rated power voltage to avoid fire, electric shock, or product damage.
- Do not touch power plugs with wet hands.
- Do not disassemble the unit yourself; this may expose you to high voltage. Warranty is void if you service the product yourself.
- Do not touch the apparatus, antenna, power cables, or plugs during a thunder or lightning storm.
- When unplugged, gently wipe the surface with a damp microfiber cloth. Remove dirt and salt deposits carefully, rinsing the cloth frequently. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasives, or solvents.
- Severe physical impact may cause components to dislodge, leading to fire or electric shock. Do not operate if damaged; contact the manufacturer.
- In case of malfunction (burning smell, smoke, loss of signal due to overheating), immediately turn off, unplug, and contact the manufacturer.
- Ensure adequate ventilation to prevent overheating.
- Do not mount near motors or transformers generating strong magnetism.
- Do not place the product on an unstable surface. Improper installation can cause falls and damage.
- Do not move or transport the product with cables plugged in to prevent cable damage, waterproof seal damage, fire, electric shock, or short circuits.
- Do not submerge or pressure wash the soundbar. It is designed to resist normal rain but not submersion or high-pressure jets.
- Bring the product inside if temperatures are expected to drop below -20°C (-4°F).

FCC Statement: This equipment complies with FCC Part 15 limits for Class B digital devices, designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in residential installations. It generates, uses, and can radiate RF energy. If interference occurs, try reorienting the antenna, increasing separation, using a different circuit, or consulting a dealer/technician.
IC Statement: This device complies with Industry Canada licence-exempt RSS standard(s).
Important Battery Precautions
CAUTION: Danger of explosion if batteries are replaced incorrectly. Use only the same or equivalent type. Do not expose batteries to excessive heat.
WARNING: This device contains a button cell battery in the remote. Do not ingest the battery; it presents a chemical burn hazard. Swallowing can cause severe internal burns in 2 hours, potentially leading to death. Seek immediate medical attention if swallowed. Keep batteries away from children.
Care of the Environment
Dispose of your old product and battery responsibly. Your product is designed with recyclable materials. Never dispose of with household waste. Familiarize yourself with local rules for collecting electrical and electronic products and batteries. Proper disposal prevents negative consequences for the environment and health. Batteries cannot be disposed of with normal household waste and must be recycled or disposed of properly. Contact your local waste management office.

Before Operation
What's in the box
Unpack and check the following items. Contact your retailer if any parts are missing or damaged:

Power Source
The Soundbar is designed for 100-240 volt, 60 Hz AC current. Connect the power cord to a GFCI protected AC outlet with an "in-use" waterproof cover.
CAUTION: Connecting to a voltage other than specified can create a fire hazard or damage the unit. Replace damaged power cords with qualified electrician-approved cords. Do not use extension cords. Do not run power cords under rugs or carpets, or place heavy objects on them. Unplug the unit when not in use for extended periods. Do not plug/unplug the AC cord with wet hands.
Prepare your Remote Control
BATTERY INSTALLATION: Use a coin-like tool to rotate the battery cover counterclockwise. Insert the CR2025 button battery with the '+' terminal facing up. Replace the cover and rotate clockwise to ensure a waterproof seal.
BATTERY PRECAUTIONS: Use only specified battery size and type. Ensure correct polarity. Improper use may cause overheating or explosion. Remove batteries if the device is not used for a long time. Do not ingest the battery (chemical burn hazard). Do not throw batteries into fire. Keep batteries away from children.
Function Overview
Soundbar Front/Side/Back Panel
The soundbar features a display panel (1) on the front, and connection ports on the back:
- Back Panel Ports: COAX IN (2), RCA (L-R) IN (3), AUX IN (4).
- Side Panel Controls: Play/Pause ▶️ (5), Volume ➕/➖ (6), Source Select ⚙️ (7), Power On/Off ? (8).
Display Panel: Shows current mode or status. Input/Mode examples: Bluetooth input (BLUE), AUX input (AUX), RCA input (RCA), COAX input (COAX), MUSIC mode (EQ 0), CINEMA mode (EQ 1), TV mode (EQ 2), SPORTS mode (EQ 3).
Note: Front/back panel views may vary by model.
Remote Control
The remote control provides access to all functions:
- Power ? (1): Power on/off or switch to standby.
- Bluetooth * (2): Short press for pairing mode. Press and hold for 3s to unpair and launch pairing with a new device. (BT Name: Furrion SB 2.0 or Furrion SB 2.1)
- Source ⊚ (3): Select input source (AUX, RCA, COAX, BT).
- Previous ⏮️ (4): Skip to the previous track for Bluetooth or USB playback.
- Volume ➕/➖ (5): Increase or decrease volume.
- Mute ? (6): Mute or unmute audio.
- Play/Pause ▶️ (7): Start or pause Bluetooth or USB playback.
- Next ⏭️ (8): Skip to the next track for Bluetooth or USB playback.
- EQ Modes ? (9): Select preset EQ mode (Music, Cinema, TV, Sport).
Connection
Before connecting, open the protective cover on the back of the Soundbar by removing screws. Warning: Disconnect power supply before making or changing connections.
1. Connecting to your TV
Connect the soundbar to your TV using either the COAX OUT port or the RCA (L-R) audio out ports.
2. Connecting to other devices
Connect the soundbar to other audio/video devices like Blu-ray players or DVD players using COAX OUT or RCA (L-R) audio out ports.
Bluetooth Connection
Connect wirelessly to mobile devices via Bluetooth within a 10m (33 ft) range. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and select "Furrion SB 2.0" or "Furrion SB 2.1" from the list.
Cable Management
After connections are complete, close the protective cover and tighten screws for the best waterproof effect.
Installation
Warning: Ensure screws are tightly secured but not overtightened. The wall surface must support the combined weight of the soundbar and TV. Be careful not to pinch fingers. Use at least two people for installation. Ensure the unit is powered off and unplugged during installation.
Option 1: Fix Soundbar on Compatible Furrion Aurora™ TV
For TV models: FDUF43CBR, FDUF49CBR, FDUF55CBR, FDUF65CBR, FDUP43CBR, FDUP49CBR, FDUP55CBR, FDUP65CBR.
- Attach mounting brackets to the rear of the soundbar using two provided screws (ST 4.8/5.5*9.5mm).
- Place the TV face down on a protected surface. Mount the soundbar with brackets to the TV using four M4*10mm screws. Two people are recommended.
- Wire cables from the soundbar to the TV.
- Mount the TV with the soundbar to the TV mount.
Option 2: Mount Soundbar to Wall Separately
Ensure the wall can support the unit's weight. Use appropriate screws and anchors for your wall type.
IMPORTANT: Connect all cables before mounting. The connection compartment will be obstructed once mounted.
- Place the soundbar against the wall and level it.
- Mark two drilling holes on the wall with a pencil.
- Drill holes as marked.
- Insert appropriate anchors and screws.
- Tighten screws securely but do not overtighten.
- Hook the soundbar onto the mounted screws.
Connect Power
Plug the soundbar into a GFCI protected outlet.
Install Remote Control Battery
Follow the diagram to insert the CR2025 battery into the remote control.
Operation
General Operation
- Power On/Off ?: Press and hold the button on the soundbar for 2s, or press the button on the remote.
- Mute/Unmute ?: Press the mute button on the remote.
- Adjust Volume ➕/➖: Use the +/- buttons on the soundbar or remote.
- Select a Source ⊚: Press the M button on the soundbar or SOURCE button on the remote to select AUX, RCA, COAX, or BT. The selected source appears on the front panel display. (Default source is COAX).
- Select EQ Mode ?: Press the Music/Cinema/TV/Sport button on the remote to select an audio mode (EQ 0/1/2/3). (Default EQ mode is TV).
Bluetooth Operation
- Select BT Mode: Press the M button on the soundbar or Source button on the remote. Press the Bluetooth symbol ? on the remote to enter Bluetooth mode directly.
- Connect/Pair a Bluetooth Device: After selecting BT mode, pairing mode activates. Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device and select "Furrion SB 2.0" or "Furrion SB 2.1" to connect.
- Unpair: Press and hold the Bluetooth symbol ? on the remote for 3s.
- Select a Track ⏮️/⏭️: Use the track skip buttons on the remote.
- Start or Pause Playback ▶️/⏸️: Press the play/pause button on the remote.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter problems, refer to this guide:
- Distorted Sound: Ensure TV is muted if playing TV audio through the soundbar.
- No Sound: Ensure the 3.5mm audio plug is fully inserted. Select the correct audio input source. Check for damaged audio connectors. Ensure volume is not zero and audio is not muted. Ensure the soundbar is powered on.
- Fail to Connect Bluetooth Device: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Select the correct BT Name ("Furrion SB 2.0" or "Furrion SB 2.1"). If the name is not listed, disconnect Bluetooth on your device and try pairing again. If the soundbar is already connected to another device, press and hold the Bluetooth symbol ? on the remote to disconnect and pair with a new device. Ensure the distance between the soundbar and device is within 10m (33 ft).
- Poor Audio Quality from Connected Bluetooth Device: Bluetooth reception may be poor. Move the device closer to the soundbar or remove obstacles.
- Remote Control Does Not Work: Check remote battery. Ensure the remote is pointed at the IR sensor. Check for obstacles between the remote and IR sensor.

Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions
Furrion warrants the product against defects in workmanship and materials for 12 months (parts and labor), except for specific products listed in the table, from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser, provided it was delivered new, in original packaging, from an authorized reseller, and used under normal conditions.
Warranty Period Examples:
- AC/DC Power Centers: 24 months
- Air Conditioner: 24 months
- Aurora Outdoor Televisions: 24 months
- Marine Cordsets & Adapters: 60 months
The warranty applies only to products with a valid serial number, used for consumer/private use (not commercial/industrial), and with validated warranty registration.
Warranty Exclusions: Damage from misuse, incorrect installation/maintenance, accidents, negligence, abrasion, improper storage, infestation, leaks, shipping damage, failure to follow instructions, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs/modifications, cosmetic surface damage, data loss. Claims based on misrepresentation or altered/removed serial numbers are excluded. Warranty is valid only in the country of purchase.
To Validate Warranty: Complete registration via www.furrion.com or call center within 6 months of purchase, and have the original bill of sale.
For warranty service, cease use and contact Furrion customer service (www.furrion.com, customerservice@lci1.com, +1-432-547-7378). Furrion will, at its option, repair or replace defective products. If no defect is found, you may be responsible for re-delivery costs.
Warranty terms are governed by the laws of the state where the product was purchased. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Furrion disclaims implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
