Operating Instructions

This document provides assembly and operating instructions for the Hard Head Combination Shelf, model number 023768. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure safe and correct assembly and use of the product.

Assembly Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare Side Frames. Take four side frames (D) and four side frames (E). These form the vertical supports for the shelving unit.

  2. Step 2: Assemble Lower Shelving Units. Take two side frames (E). Attach three shelf panels (A) and two shelf panels (B) to these frames using six connectors (F). Ensure shelves are securely slotted into the frames. A green checkmark [✓] indicates correct assembly, while a red cross [✗] indicates incorrect assembly.

  3. Step 3: Insert Back Panels. Slide the ten back panels (C) into the designated grooves on the rear of the assembled frame and shelf sections.

  4. Step 4: Connect Vertical Frames. Join the two assembled lower shelving units together by connecting the side frames (D) and (E). This creates the main vertical structure.

  5. Step 5: Add Top Shelves. Attach the remaining three shelf panels (A) and two top panels (G) to the upper section of the shelving unit. Then, attach the final two top panels (H).

  6. Step 6: Secure Structure. Use the six connectors (I) to further reinforce the structure, particularly where the side frames meet and at the top. Gently tap with a hammer [hammer icon] if needed to ensure a snug fit.

  7. Step 7: Attach Feet. Fit the two feet (J) and six feet (K) onto the bottom of the side frames. This provides stability and protects the floor.

  8. Step 8: Final Check. Ensure all panels, shelves, and connectors are firmly in place and the unit is stable.
