Safety Instructions
Important! Read the user instructions carefully before use. Save them for future reference.
- It is recommended to anchor the product to the ground or a stable surface by drilling holes at the markings on the floor of the product and using suitable anchor screws (sold separately).
- Check that the product is firmly anchored and that the underlayer is level.
- Handle parts with steel edges carefully.
- Only use the specified tools for assembly and handling of the product.
- Do not use lawn mowers, trimmers etc. near the product.
- Do not store volatile substances or hot items such as a recently used grill or burner in the product.
- Do not lean heavy items against the walls, this can cause the product to deform.
- Place the product so that it is protected from the wind as much as possible, especially the door side. Keep the doors closed and locked when the product is not in use, to prevent damage caused by the wind.
- Do not climb or stand on the top.
Parts
The parts are marked to simplify identification. The packaging can contain extra small parts as spare parts.
See FIG. 3 for parts identification.
Assembly
2 people are required for assembly.
Assemble in accordance with the instructions shown in the figures.
Preparations:
- Read all the instructions and safety instructions. Check before assembly that no parts are missing or damaged.
- Remove all the parts from the packaging and place them on a clean surface.
- Carefully follow the assembly instructions.
- Smooth the ground and check that it is level. (See FIG. 1)
Tools needed for assembly: (See FIG. 2)
Assembly Steps:
- FIG. 4: Assemble the base unit with the floor panels.
- FIG. 5: Attach the side panels (SMSL, SMSR) to the base unit (SMF).
- FIG. 6: Attach the back panels (SMB) using screws (SC18).
- FIG. 7: Attach the front door panels (SMDL, SMDR).
- FIG. 8: Install the hinges (SMH) and attach the top panel (SMR) using screws (SC18).
- FIG. 9: Attach the top panel (SMR) and secure it.
- FIG. 10: Secure the back panels with screws (SC18).
- FIG. 11: Attach the doors using screws (SC18).
- FIG. 12: Install the door handles (WLBS, WLBL).
- FIG. 13: Attach the bottom support with screws (SC18).
- FIG. 14: Attach the door panels (SMDL, SMDR) and ensure they are correctly aligned.
- FIG. 15: Attach the door latches (STHA) using screws (SC18).
- FIG. 16: Attach the door hinges (SMSB) using screws (SC18).
- FIG. 17: Final assembly view.
Options Sold Separately
- Shelf: 4 shelves can be fitted. Max 20 kg per shelf. (See FIG. 18)
- Lock: Lockable with max 10 mm padlock. (See FIG. 19)
- Anchor: To anchor the product to the surface. There are markings for holes on the floor of the product. (See FIG. 20)
Maintenance
- Wash the product with a mild detergent or by spraying with a garden hose.
- Do not use a stiff brush, abrasive detergent, degreasing agent, oil or acetone based detergent, which can damage or discolour the product.
- Keep the top free from snow and leaves, etc. Large amounts of snow on the roof can damage the product.
Environmental Protection
Recycle discarded product in accordance with local regulations.
