Charging DELTA 2

AC Charging

EcoFlow's X-Stream fast charging technology is designed for AC charging. The AC charging speed can be adjusted via the EcoFlow app. In case of unusual situations where the AC input current exceeds 20A, the X-Stream charging input port initiates a self-protection function, and the Overload Protection Switch pops up. After confirming no product failure, press the switch to resume charging.

Indicator: Fully charged in approximately 1.2 hours.

Connection: Connect the AC charging cable to the AC input port.

Solar Charging

Connect solar panels to recharge the product. A solar charging cable (MC4-XT60 adapter cable) and the solar panel are supplied separately.

Instructions:

  • When using an EcoFlow solar panel, follow the instructions provided with the solar panel.
  • Ensure the solar panel's output voltage is within 60V to avoid product damage.

Car Charging

Use the car charger after the vehicle is started to avoid failure due to insufficient car battery. Ensure the cigarette lighter of the Car Outlet and the Car Charger Input Cable are in good condition. EcoFlow is not responsible for losses or damages caused by failure to follow instructions.

Connection: Connect the car charger cable to the car outlet.

Smart Extra Battery

A single DELTA 2 can connect up to 1 Smart Extra Battery for additional capacity. Refer to the user manuals of the DELTA 2 Smart Extra Battery and Smart Generator for detailed instructions.

Important Notes:

  • Turn off both the Smart Extra Battery and DELTA 2 before connecting or disconnecting them.
  • Before use, ensure both DELTA 2 and Smart Extra Battery display the extra battery icon on their screens.
  • Do not connect or remove the Smart Extra Battery during charging and discharging processes. If necessary, turn off the product first.
  • Do not touch the metal terminals of the Smart Extra Battery connector. Clean terminals gently with a dry cloth.

Smart Generator

Recharge DELTA 2 with the Smart Generator. Refer to the Smart Generator manual for more information.

X-Boost and EPS

X-Boost

To avoid operation failure due to overload protection, X-Boost automatically enables when total output exceeds rated power, allowing the product to power high-wattage appliances.

  • X-Boost is not available when AC output is recharging (bypass mode).
  • X-Boost is enabled by default; adjust in the EcoFlow App.
  • X-Boost is not compatible with all appliances, especially those with strict voltage requirements or voltage protection (e.g., precise instruments). It is more suitable for heating devices. Conduct your own tests.

Bypass Mode: When the product is plugged in for recharging and connected to other devices, if the AC power button is on, devices are powered by the grid, not the power station.

EPS (Emergency Power Supply)

The product supports EPS. Connecting grid power to the AC Input Port via an AC cable allows powering devices through the AC Output Port (grid power is used). In case of a blackout, the product switches to battery power within 30ms.

Note: This is a basic UPS function and does not support 0ms switching. Do not connect devices requiring 0ms UPS (e.g., data servers, workstations). Test compatibility before use. It is recommended to charge one device at a time to avoid overload protection.
