This guide provides essential information for operating and maintaining your Blackview tablet.
Type-C Port
The device features a Type-C port for charging and data transfer.
Hand Strap Installation
Follow these steps to install the hand strap:
- Fit the screws pre-installed on the two ends of the hand strap into the nut on the back of the tablet.
- Use a screwdriver to tighten the screws. The installation is now complete.

SIM Card Insertion
To ensure your smartphone can make calls, insert the SIM card in the following order:
- Open the SIM card plug/tray.
- Press the card pin tool into the side hole to eject the SIM card tray.
- Take out the card slot. Place the Nano SIM card or Nano SIM card and TF card with the metal side facing down.
- Ensure the bevel angle of the card is aligned with the bevel angle of the card slot and place it in the corresponding slot.
- With the tablet facing up, insert the card holder into the tablet in the direction of the arrow.

How to Boot the Device
For devices with a non-removable battery: Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to boot the device.
How to Send SMS/MMS
SMS:
- Open the SMS application.
- Select 'New Message'.
- Enter a phone number or search your contacts.
- Select 'Edit Message' and type your text.
- Tap 'Send'.
MMS (Video/Images):
- When writing a text message, select the attachment icon (often a paperclip or camera icon).
- Choose to select existing images/videos or take a new photo/video.
- Select the desired file(s) and send.
Language and Input Method
To change the system language:
- Navigate to Menu > Settings > System > Languages & Input.
- Go to Languages & Input > Languages.
- Tap '+ Add Language'.
- Select the desired language. The system will automatically switch to the selected language interface.
- Select the language settings icon (often represented by bars or dots) next to your chosen language and drag it to the top position to set it as the primary language.
SAR (Specific Absorption Rate)
The maximum electromagnetic radiation absorption rate (SAR) for this product is 2.0W/kg. This complies with the requirements of the national standard GB 21288-2007.
Safety Precautions
To ensure safe product usage, strictly adhere to the following rules:
- Medical Implants: Keep the device at least 15 cm (approx. 6 inches) away from medical implants or pacemakers. Do not carry the device in your coat pocket if you have such devices.
- High Temperatures: Do not expose the device or its battery to high temperatures or heat-generating equipment (e.g., direct sunlight, heaters, microwaves, ovens, water heaters). Overheating can cause an explosion.
- Charging: Disconnect the charger from the device and the power outlet when charging is complete or not in use.
- Battery: If the device has a non-removable battery, do not attempt to replace it yourself to avoid damaging the battery or device.
- Power Sources: Using unapproved or incompatible power sources, chargers, or batteries may lead to fire, explosion, or other hazards.
- Battery Handling: Do not disassemble, reset, puncture, drop, crush, or immerse the battery in water or other liquids. Avoid subjecting the battery to excessive external pressure, which can cause internal short-circuits and overheating.

Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures safe and effective use and extends the device's service life.
- General: Follow the instructions in this manual for opening the device and disassembling accessories. Do not attempt other methods.
- Handling: Avoid dropping, knocking, or shaking the device. Rough handling can cause screen breakage and damage internal components.
- Cleaning: Do not use chemical solvents or detergents. Wipe the device casing with a soft cotton cloth dampened with water or mild soap. Clean the camera lens and display with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
- Troubleshooting (Device Freeze/Crash):
- For devices with non-removable batteries: Press and hold the power button for more than 12 seconds to force a restart.
- For devices with removable batteries: Remove the battery, reinsert it, and then restart the device.
- Charger Usage: When the charger is not in use, unplug it from the power outlet. Do not leave a fully charged battery connected to the charger for extended periods, as overcharging can shorten battery life.
