Installation and Connection
The Service Interface can be powered using the LV485511SP AC/DC power supply (100-240 Vac, 50/60 Hz).
Connection Steps:
- Connect the appropriate cable (e.g., 7-pin cable) to the circuit breaker's trip unit.
- Connect the other end of the cable to the Service Interface (Port A).
- Connect the power supply (LV485511SP) to the Service Interface (Port B).
- Connect the USB cable from the Service Interface (Port C) to a computer running EcoStruxure Power Commission software.
- Ensure all connections are secure.
Important Notes:
- The Service Interface can power one Enerlin'X device up to 120 mA.
- The maximum cable length for the USB cable is 2 meters (6.56 ft).
- Ensure proper torque is applied to terminals (0.8 N•m / 7 lb-in.).
- Wire size for power connections should be 0.2-1.5 mm² (24-16 AWG).
LED Indicators
The Service Interface is equipped with several LED indicators to provide status information:
- Test Port LED: Indicates MicroLogic trip unit connection status.
- Power LED: Indicates whether the power input is connected.
- USB LED: Indicates the status of the USB connection.
- Status LED: Shows the operational status of the Service Interface (e.g., not operational, out of calibration, in boot mode).
