Router Overview
The ASUS RT-AX52 is a dual-band Wi-Fi router designed for high-speed internet connectivity.
Key Components:
- 1 Power LED: Indicates the power status of the router.
- 2 WAN (Internet) LED: Shows the status of the internet connection.
- 3 LAN 1~3 LEDs: Indicate the activity on the LAN ports.
- 4 2.4GHz LED: Shows the status of the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi band.
- 5 5GHz LED: Shows the status of the 5GHz Wi-Fi band.
- 6 WPS LED: Indicates the status of the Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) function.
- 7 LAN 1~3 ports: Connect wired devices to the router.
- 8 WAN (Internet) port: Connect your modem to this port.
- 9 Reset button: Resets the router to factory default settings.
- 10 WPS button: Initiates the WPS connection process.
- 11 Power (DCIN) port: Connect the power adapter here.
- 12 Power switch: Turns the router on or off.
Setup Steps
Step 1: Prepare Your Modem
Reboot your modem and ensure its connection is ready. Notice: Unplug the modem for 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
Step 2: Connect and Power On Your Router
Connect the cables to your ASUS router and power it on. Once the WAN LED turns ON, the router is ready for setup.
Step 3: Download the ASUS Router App
Scan the QR code to download the ASUS Router app for setup. You can find QR codes for both the App Store and Google Play.
