Welcome to your new Aiwa APX-680BT turntable. This guide will help you set up and start using your device.

2. Overall View
Familiarize yourself with the main components of the turntable:
- Turntable platter

3. Connection to the Mains
Connect the power adapter to the turntable's power input and then to a wall outlet.
4. Secure and Release the Tonearm
Before playing a record, ensure the tonearm is properly secured with its clip. When ready to play, release the tonearm from the clip.
5. Speed Selector (ON/OFF)
Use the speed selector to choose between 33 RPM and 45 RPM for your records. The turntable also features Auto Rotation and Auto Stop functions.
6. 45 RPM Adaptor
Use the included 45 RPM adaptor when playing records with a larger center hole.
7. Tonearm Weight Adjustment
Adjust the counterweight on the tonearm to the recommended setting (1.5g to 2g) for optimal tracking performance.
8. Anti-Skating Adjustment
Set the anti-skating dial to match the tonearm weight to prevent skipping and ensure proper stylus contact.
9. Bluetooth Function
To connect a Bluetooth device, press the Bluetooth pairing button on the turntable. Follow the instructions on your device to pair.
10. USB Connection (for Recording)
Connect the turntable to your computer via USB to record your vinyl. You may need to download recording software like Audacity from audacityteam.org.
11. Line-In (Aux Input) with Pre-Amp Function
Connect external audio devices to the Line-In port. The built-in pre-amplifier can be switched on or off using the 'PRE AMP' switch.
12. Connection of GND (Phono Ground) to Amplifier
Connect the GND terminal on the turntable to the ground terminal on your amplifier. This is especially important when using an amplifier with a phono input and the pre-amplifier is set to OFF. Use a special shielded audio cable (stereo RCA type) for this connection.
