Safety Precautions

  1. READ AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS. HEED ALL WARNINGS.
  2. Do not use device near water.
  3. Clean only with dry cloth.
  4. Do not block any ventilation openings.
  5. Keep external objects away at a minimum distance of 4 inches around the device for sufficient ventilation.
  6. The ventilation should not be impeded by covering the ventilation openings with items, such as newspapers, table-cloths, curtains, etc.
  7. No naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, should be placed on or next to the device.
  8. Do not operate near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other devices (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
  9. Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
  10. Unplug this device during lightning storms or when unused for a long period of time.
  11. This appliance shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing water and that no object filled with liquids such as vases shall be placed on or next to the device.
  12. Upon completion of any service or repairs to this product, ask the service technician to perform safety checks.
  13. Object and Liquid Entry - Never push objects of any kind into this product through openings as they may touch dangerous voltage points or short-out parts that could result in a fire or electric shock. Never spill liquid of any kind on the product.
  14. Damage Requiring Service - Unplug this product from the wall outlet and refer servicing to qualified service personnel under the following conditions:
    1. If liquid has been spilled, or objects have fallen into or onto the product.
    2. If the product has been exposed to rain or water.
    3. If the product does not operate normally by following the operating instructions. Adjust only those controls that are covered by the operating instructions as an improper adjustment of other controls may result in damage and will often require extensive work by a qualified technician to restore the product to its normal operation.
    4. If the product has been dropped or damaged in any way.
    5. When the product exhibits a distinct change in performance.

  17. Excessive sound pressure from earphones and headphone can cause hearing loss.
  18. Dispose batteries properly based on local laws and regulations.

Power Sources

This unit has a built-in rechargeable battery for power supply.

Put the Power button to ON station to power on this unit. Prior to using this unit, we recommend you fully charge the battery.

Lithium battery charge

When the battery is out of power, you need to connect the external USB 5V for charging.

When charging, the battery symbol on the LCD flashes; when fully charged, the battery symbol on the LCD is no longer flashing and full charge is displayed.

It takes about 4-5 hours to fully charge with 5V/1A charging current.

CD Function Playing Music

  1. Push the CD door switch to open the CD door and place the CD/MP3 disc on the CD mechanism, then close the CD door. After a few seconds, the first track will be played automatically.
  2. Press the play/pause button to temporarily stop play. Press this button again to resume play.
  3. If you want to stop play during playing status, press the stop button to stop play.
  4. During playing status, press the previous button to skip to the previous track; press the next button to skip to the next track.
  5. Press RPEAT while in playback mode to cycle through the repeat modes. The following appears on the display:
    • Flashing - Repeat current track
    • Repeat all tracks
    • FOLDER - Repeat all tracks in current folder
    • RAND - Random playback
    To cancel repeat mode, press Repeat until the [repeat mode indicator] and RAND icon disappears on the display.
    NOTE: Repeat function is applicable to CD/USB mode only.
  6. A-B Repeat play: If you short press the A-B repeat button during playback, this is the starting point A. If you short press the second time, this is the ending point B, and the CD will play from A to B repeatedly. Short press this button a third time to end the A-B repeat function and return to normal playback.
  7. Programming play: when the play is stopped, press the programming button to enter the programming status. Press the next or previous button to select the song to be programmed, and then press the programming button to save a song. It can program up to 20 songs for CD disc and can program up to 99 songs for Mp3 disc and USB. After programming, press the play button to play the songs in the programmed order.
  8. Speed adjustment: short press the SPEED+ button to get faster. (5 gears can be added). Short press the SPEED- button to slow down (5 gears can be added).
    Note: If pressed Speed + and want to back normal need to Speed - vice versa.

USB Function Playing Music

  1. Insert the USB disk into the USB port and press the function button to enter the USB play mode, the songs in the USB disk will be played directly with "USB" displayed on the LCD.
  2. If you want to end the play of USB disk, press the stop button. After the player is stopped, you can extract the USB disk.
    Note: under the power-on status, press the function button to select different functions in the following order:
  3. Using the U disk function, A-B repeat playback is the same as CD operation, and variable speed playback operation is the same as CD operation.

***** Do not directly extract the USB disk while playing, otherwise it may cause program error.

Connecting Your Wireless Headphones

During the CD/USB/AUX playback, long press function button, then the Bluetooth symbol [Bluetooth symbol] flashes on the LCD display. And this unit is in the Bluetooth emitting status. Power on your wireless headphone or Bluetooth speaker and put at bluetooth paring status, then these two devices will pair automatically. After pair successfully, this unit's sound will be off.

If you need to stop the Bluetooth emitting, long press function button to exit. Then the Bluetooth symbol [Bluetooth symbol] will disappear from LCD display, and playback the music on this unit again.

Connecting Your Earbuds

Insert the wired earbuds (included) into the 3.5mm Headphone Jack located at the side of your music player to listen to your music or audio.

IMPORTANT: Listening at high volumes can cause hearing damage. Keep the volume at a moderate level.

Connecting AUX IN

To use the AUX function, connect your audio device to the AUX-IN jack using a 3.5mm AUX cord. Then the LCD screen will display "AUX". Your speaker will start to play music from your connected audio device.

Maintenance

  1. If the unit body is very dirty, use a soft cloth that has been dipped in clear water and twisted to wipe the unit body. If you want to use chemical cleaners, please read the relevant instructions first. Never use alcohol or thinner to clean the case.
  2. After using for a long time, the laser lens of this unit may become dirty, causing the sound to pause when playing. In this case, use a camera lens brush to gently wipe off the dust, and then blow it with a blower. You can also wipe the laser lens with a clean cotton swab that is dipped with a little water-free alcohol, and then wipe the lens again with another clean cotton swab.
  3. Do not touch the data surface (silver surface) when holding the disc by hand to avoid the sound pause during play.
  4. If the data surface of the disc is dirty, wipe with a soft damp cloth and then dry it. Note: wipe the disk straight from the center and don't rotate the disc when wiping.
  5. Do not write or affix label on the disc.

To receive Warranty service along with the name and address of an authorized product service center, the original consumer purchaser must contact us for problem determination and service procedures. Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice, evidencing that the product is within the applicable Warranty period(s), MUST be presented in order to obtain the requested service. It is your responsibility to properly package and send any defective products along with a dated copy of proof of purchase, a written explanation of the problem, and a valid return address of the authorized service center at your expense. Do not include any other items or accessories with the defective product. Any products received by the authorized service center that are not covered by warranty will be returned unrepaired.
