• Rack Screws and Cage Nuts (sold separately)

Installation Steps

Step 1: Mount First Shelf

Determine the desired height for the first shelf. Using rack screws and cage nuts (sold separately), install eight screws into the shelf's mounting points, securing it to the server rack. Ensure all hardware is fully tightened.

Step 2: Mount Second Shelf

Repeat the process from Step 1 for the second shelf, mounting it at the desired height below the first shelf.

Limited Warranty Information

Kendall Howard offers a Limited Warranty against defects in material and workmanship for its products. This warranty extends to the first purchaser for use and is non-transferable. Kendall Howard LLC. will furnish new or factory remanufactured products for repair or replacement of defective parts at its option.

The warranty covers conformity to descriptions provided in invoices, orders, and proposals. It does not cover performance or fitness for a particular purpose. Warranty claims must be submitted within thirty (30) days of discovering a defect. Labor charges may apply after the initial purchase period. Shipping costs for replacement products and return of defective products are covered by Kendall Howard, subject to inspection confirming a defect.

The warranty explicitly excludes damage or defects caused by misuse, improper application, incorrect electrical connections, negligence, inappropriate operating conditions, unauthorized repairs, transit damage, tampering, alterations, changes in location or use, exposure to elements, Acts of God, theft, or installation contrary to recommendations. It also excludes installation costs, circuit breaker resetting, maintenance items, and labor/shipping for removal or reinstallation.

LIMITATIONS: This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The sole remedy is repair or replacement. Kendall Howard's liability for property loss or damage shall not exceed the net product purchase price. The company assumes no liability for indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

MISCELLANEOUS: No salesperson or agent is authorized to alter this warranty. Modifications must be in writing and signed by a Kendall Howard officer. This warranty is effective upon full payment and supersedes all previous warranties. User Information Card must be completed and returned within thirty (30) days of receipt. The warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska and represents the entire agreement between Kendall Howard and the User.
