Lens Replacement
When installing the lens, ensure the two parts (threaded compression tabs) are placed flat before tightening. Failure to do so may damage the lens.

- Threaded compression tabs
- Hand screw
- Lens
- Lens Replacement Tool
Laser Module Maintenance
If the laser module is not used for an extended period or has been used for over 4 hours, clean the lens using medical alcohol and a cotton swab. A dirty lens can reduce laser power and potentially damage the laser module.
Confirm Limit Plate Position
Adjust the limit plate according to the specific laser module you are using. This ensures the machine operates correctly without affecting its normal functions.
Focus Adjustment
Follow these steps to properly adjust the focus:
- Loosen screw 1.
- Lower the focusing rod completely.
- Tighten screw 1 again.
- Loosen screw 2.
- Lower the laser module until the focusing rod just touches the engraved object.
- Tighten screw 2.
- Loosen screw 1.
- Retract the focusing rod.
- Tighten screw 1 again.

Using Air Pump
Connect an air pump (recommended airflow: 40L/min) using the provided quick connectors.
The throttle valve allows for adjustment of the airflow based on pressure.
Required Parts:
- Air hose (OD: 6MM)
- Throttle Valve
- Quick connectors
- Air pump
Laser Module Removal and Installation
The procedure for installing the laser module is the reverse of the removal procedure. Please follow the reverse order for installation.
Note: The LR4-1A laser module does not require the removal of air tubes.
Removal Steps:
- Cut the ties (cable ties).
- Remove air tubes.
- Remove the laser line.
- Loosen the mounting screws.
- Disconnect the flame detector connection cable.
- Remove the laser line cable.
