Installation Steps
Step 1: Marking and Drilling
Measure and mark the countertop for the hob cutout. The required dimensions are 560±1 mm in width and 490±1 mm in depth, with an offset of 55 mm from the edge. Drill four holes with a diameter of 10 mm at the marked corners to facilitate the cutting process.
Step 2: Cutting the Countertop
Using a jigsaw, carefully cut along the marked lines to create the opening for the hob in the countertop.
Step 3: Electrical Connection Preparation

Step 4: Placing the Hob
Carefully lower the MÄSTERLIG hob into the prepared countertop opening. Ensure it is correctly aligned and fits snugly. You should hear a 'click' [click-confirmation] when it is properly seated.

Step 6: Final Clearance Checks
Verify all minimum clearance requirements are met:
- Minimum 500 mm clearance above the hob.
- Minimum 50 mm clearance to the sides of the hob.

- Minimum 12 mm or 5 mm clearance at the rear, depending on the cabinet configuration (e.g., with drawers or an oven).
