3D i-see Sensor®

The 3D i-see Sensor detects room temperature and occupant location to optimize comfort and energy efficiency.

Sensor Function

The sensor detects the room temperature.

Absence Detection

When no one is detected in the room, the unit automatically switches to Energy-saving mode. This occurs 10 minutes after leaving the room, and the unit will switch to a more significant energy-saving state 60 minutes after leaving.

Indirect/Direct Airflow Control

Press the INDIRECT/DIRECT button to activate INDIRECT/DIRECT mode. This feature is available when the i-see control mode is active.

Indirect Mode: Airflow is directed away from room occupants, providing a gentle breeze.

Direct Mode: Airflow is aimed towards individuals in the space, ensuring they feel the cooling or heating effect directly.

Off: Disables Indirect/Direct mode.

Occupant Location Detection

The 3D i-see Sensor detects the location of occupants within the room. Direct mode aims airflow towards individuals, while Indirect mode diverts air away from them.

Note: For multi-systems with multiple indoor units, different operation modes cannot be set for each unit. Certain functions may also be unavailable in such configurations.
