Pyle PPHP Series High-Powered Speaker System User Manual

Before Using Your New Speaker System

Please review the following instructions for safety and proper investment in your new Pyle speaker system.

Instructions

Before connecting the speaker, ensure the system is off and all controls are set to their minimum level to prevent potential damage.

Plug the power cable into the AC outlet and then into the system and speaker.
Plug the microphone into the "MIC" input.
Connect external audio devices (CD, DECK, MP3, DVD, etc.) to the "LINE IN" input.
Turn on the system. A green LED will illuminate, indicating the speaker is on.
Set the volume to a low level on both the MIC and LINE IN inputs.
Increase the master volume (located on the right side of the LINE OUT connector).
Adjust the TREBLE and BASS controls to equalize the sound.
A red LED will illuminate when the system detects overload power. In this case, the volume must be decreased.

Cautions

Do not place the microphone directly against the speaker, as this can cause feedback echo and potentially damage the system.

Extra Functions

The 6.3mm and XLR connectors marked as LINE OUT can be used to connect to an amplifier or another powered speaker cabinet. A hole is provided on the bottom of the speaker for mounting it on a stand.

Electrical Safety

All products are fitted with a detachable power cord (supplied) which connects to the AC mains and the back panel of the loudspeaker. The power cord has an IEC female connector on one end and male mains connectors on the other end. This cord is supplied specifically to accommodate different worldwide safety and electrical code requirements. The power cord supplied with your product has a 3-pin type plug. Do not cut off or damage the grounding plug. Like any electrical appliance, Pyle EON powered speakers should not be used in water or when wet.

iPhone Input: Allows connection of an iPhone with a 3.5mm connector.
Balanced Microphone Input: Connector for a balanced microphone input.
Microphone Input: Allows connection of a microphone with a 6.3mm connector.
RCA Line-In: Allows connection of an external audio device (CD, radio, DVD, etc.) with RCA connectors.
XLR Line-In: Allows connection of an external audio device (CD, radio, DVD, etc.) with XLR connectors.
Signal Output: Use a 6.35mm jack to connect an amplifier or another powered speaker cabinet in cascade using an XLR connector.

Remote Control Button Functions

MODE (A): Press to change between USB, SD, and Bluetooth modes.
PLAY (B): Press to play a song or pause while playing.
REC (C): Initiates recording to a USB or SD card.
REPT (D): Press to select repeat mode: one, all, or random.
PREV (E): Press to jump to the previous song.
NEXT (F): Press to jump to the next song.

The control panel for these models is similar to the PPHP837UB/PPHP1037UB, featuring various inputs and controls. A remote control is also included.

Instruction of Bluetooth Function

Press the 'MODE' button to enable Bluetooth and initiate connection to your device.
Once 'Bluetooth' appears on the LCD screen, it will indicate 'connected' or 'unconnected' depending on whether your device has paired with the speakers.
Allow the speakers to search for a Bluetooth connection.
Once a Bluetooth connection is established with a paired device, the screen will prompt for a 4-digit pass code. Enter “0000” and agree to connect.
The LCD screen will then read 'connected', confirming a Bluetooth connection has been established.

Instruction of Record Function

By pressing the 'REC' button, you can record to USB and SD memory cards. Once your selected memory device (e.g., USB Flash or SD memory card) is inserted, you will be able to record and delete audio files directly from the speaker's control center and LCD screen.
