How to Use the Remote Controller
Inserting Batteries
1. Remove the battery cover by sliding it in the direction of the arrow.
2. Insert new batteries, ensuring the (+) and (-) terminals match correctly.
3. Reattach the cover by sliding it back into position.
Note: Use 2 LR03 AAA (1.5 volt) batteries. Do not use rechargeable batteries. Replace batteries with new ones of the same type when the display dims.
Storage and Tips
The remote controller can be mounted on a wall using a holder (optional part).
Operation
Aim the remote controller at the signal receptor of the indoor unit. Operation is effective up to a distance of 7 meters.
Cautions for Signal Transmission
For optimal signal transmission, keep the signal receiver away from:
- Direct sunlight or other strong lights or heat.
- Flat panel television screens or other electrical appliances that may interfere with the signal.
Ensure curtains, doors, or other materials do not block the signal path between the remote and the indoor unit. If transmission is poor, reposition the unit or consult your dealer.
Operation Modes Explained
Selecting Mode
Press the [MODE] button repeatedly to cycle through modes: COOLING, DRY, FAN ONLY, HEATING. (Note: Heating mode is not available for cooling-only air conditioners.)
