Prior to Installation
Confirm all package items are present. Contact Customer Service for missing parts. Illustrations are for reference; ceramic products may have slight deformation. Verify product dimensions and ensure adequate installation space. The rough-in size is the distance from the toilet flange center to the finished back wall. All dimensions are measured manually and may have errors; refer to the actual product for specific sizes.
Side View & Top View Dimensions:
- Side View: Height (Seat Height) 16.57 in (421 mm), Depth 26.97 in (685 mm). Rough-in distance 12 in (305 mm).
- Top View: Width 15.55 in (395 mm), Depth 26.97 in (685 mm).
Ensure proper installation by positioning the water supply valve greater than half the toilet bottom width from the toilet centerline. A distance of approximately 8 inches from the centerline is recommended. For larger valves, more clearance may be needed. For ease of installation and maintenance, a range of 9 to 11 inches is advised.
Diagram shows recommended clearances: ≥ 8" from centerline to water supply valve, ≥ 12" from centerline to drain outlet.
Water Pressure Requirements
The product is a tankless toilet. Minimum water pressure required is 35 psi; maximum is 108 psi. A water flow detection bag is provided to test qualification.
To test water pressure:
- Install a suitable hose onto your water outlet, directing it into the water flow detection bag. If no compatible hose is available, cover the water outlet with a cloth and place a bucket (3 gallons or more) under the valve.
- Turn on the water valve and ensure at least 1.32 gallons of water flow out within 15 seconds.
Note: If this condition is not met, flushing efficiency may be compromised. An additional booster pump might be needed. Turn off the water valve and remove the hose.
Electrical Requirements: 16 Amps at AC 120 V, 60 Hz.
Installation of Smart Toilet
Follow these steps to install your toilet:
- Open the box right side up: Remove accessories, then lift the toilet with two people. Remove packaging and place the toilet on the floor.
- Install with installation template: Align the template with the drain outlet centerline. Mark eight mounting holes (four for the flange, four for mounting blocks) using a marking pen. Outline the template edges to mark toilet placement.
- Install and fix the flange: Drill eight 0.39-in (10 mm) holes at marked locations. Insert expansion bolts. Position the flange over the drain pipe, aligning holes with drilled holes. Insert washers and screws, then tighten with a screwdriver. Note: If a flange is already in place, this step is not needed.
- Install the mounting blocks: Position blocks next to the flange, aligning with marked holes. Insert washers and hexagon screws into the blocks and tighten with a screwdriver.
- Install the ceramic toilet: Install the wax ring onto the drain hole at the bottom of the ceramic toilet and press firmly. Lift the ceramic toilet with two people and lower it onto the flange, ensuring it fits the mounting blocks. Press down firmly to create a complete seal with the wax ring. Insert screws through the fixing sleeve, then through the toilet's sides into the mounting blocks, and tighten securely. Place decorative caps onto the fixing sleeves.
- Tips: The toilet is heavy; requires two people. Clean the drain outlet. Ensure the ceramic toilet outlet sits perfectly on the drain outlet.
- Install the T-valve and water hoses: Connect the T-valve to the water supply (using a 9/16" adapter if needed). Use Teflon tape on threaded connections for a watertight seal and gasket to prevent leakage.
- Note: If your water valve is 9/16", connect directly. If 11/16", remove the adapter first.
Installation of Battery Pack
The battery pack provides emergency power for blackout flush during power outages. It is installed inside the toilet and uses a 9V alkaline battery.
- Install the battery: Grasp the lid and seat assembly, lift it up. Locate the battery pack, unscrew cover screws, and remove the cover. Insert the battery, close the cover, and tighten screws. Reinstall the lid and seat assembly. Press the knob to check flush function. Note: Keep batteries out of children's reach.
- Replace the battery: Follow similar steps to remove the old battery, insert a new one, and reassemble. A single battery supports about 100 flushes during an outage. Batteries degrade over time.
Installation of Remote Control Holder
Drill two 0.24-in (6 mm) holes in the wall (approx. 1.77 inches deep). Insert anchors with a hammer. Secure the holder with anchors and screws. Install batteries in the remote control by removing the back cover.
Important considerations: Use appropriate mounting tools for special wall surfaces. Install the holder away from the bidet's spray trajectory. Ensure it is within reach when seated. Make sure nothing blocks transmission between the toilet and remote.
Product Test Run
- Water Connection: Turn the water supply angle valve to maximum opening. Check for leaks at connection points; re-tighten nuts if necessary.
- Power Connection: Ensure electrical requirements (16 A at AC 120 V, 60 Hz) are met. Plug into a 120V socket. Press the toilet knob to flush and confirm power.
- Smart Toilet Running: Test all function buttons on the remote control and the knob. Verify normal operation of Posterior Wash, Feminine Wash (including pressure and nozzle position), Warm Dryer, Air/Water Temperature adjustments, Nozzle Clean, and Night Light. Test wash/drying functions with the seat occupied.
After installation and test run, it is recommended to apply silicone sealant around the toilet base, avoiding access covers.
Usage Instructions
Function Explanations

Daily Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures normal use.
Note: Cut off power and water supply before maintenance. Direct water washing of the entire product is prohibited.
Warning: Do not spray water or detergents on the toilet, remote control, or power cord, as this may cause electric shock or fire.
Maintenance of Ceramics, Seat and Lid
- Wipe dust or stains with a soft wet cloth.
- A wet soft brush, cloth, or sponge may be used to clean the ceramic area.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners like alcohol, bleach, painter thinner, cresol, benzene, or gasoline.
Maintenance of the Nozzle
Press the [Nozzle Clean] button on the remote control (seat unoccupied, toilet powered on) to extend the nozzle for cleaning with a soft toothbrush. The nozzle can be disassembled. Press [Nozzle Clean] again to return it to its original position.
- Do not forcefully hold the nozzle, as it may break.
- Replace the spout if it becomes clogged.
Maintenance During Winter Season
During winter, water inside may freeze after long periods of storage or non-use. Take preventive measures:
- Before connecting to water/power, allow the product to defrost for 30 minutes in a warm indoor environment.
- In cases of extreme cold, freezing, or a stuck nozzle, wrap the water input line with a warm towel. Never pour hot water or use a hot dryer directly on the toilet.
