Troubleshooting

  1. Resetting the Keyboard

    If you face any issue with the keyboard, we recommend you reset the keyboard by pressing FN+ESC key for 3 seconds. This will reset the keyboard to its factory default settings.

  2. PC not detecting keyboard

    Kindly try and change the USB port used to connect the keyboard. We recommend you connect the keyboard directly to the back of the PC to avoid any issue with detection. Use of USB extensions can cause the PC failure in detecting the Keyboard.

  3. Additional Support

    Contact the customer care team on cc@thecosmicbyte.com to troubleshoot or claim warranty. Please note warranty will not be valid if purchased from Unauthorized Sellers or for products tampered by third party technicians.
