Troubleshooting
Resetting the Keyboard
If you face any issue with the keyboard, we recommend resetting it by pressing FN+ESC for 3 seconds. This will restore the keyboard to its factory default settings.
PC Not Detecting Keyboard
Kindly try changing the USB port used to connect the keyboard. We recommend connecting the keyboard directly to the back of the PC to avoid detection issues. Using USB extensions can cause the PC to fail in detecting the keyboard.
