AMIRA Configuration Overview
Lenses Setup
The AMIRA camera system supports a variety of lens types and mounting options:
- EF Lenses: Compatible with 3rd party EF lenses via an EF Lens Mount.
- PL Lenses: Supports PL LDS Lens Mount and 3rd party PL servo lenses.
- LPL Lenses: Utilizes an LPL Lens Mount.
- B4 ENG/EFP Lenses: Can be used with a PL to B4 Lens Adapter and a B4 Lens Mount.
- Large Lenses: Accommodated with a 3rd party Large Lens Supporter.
Camera Components and Accessories
Key components and accessories for the AMIRA camera:
- Microphone: AMIRA Microphone Holder Bracket MHB-2.
- Camera Control: Camera Control Panel CCP-1.
- Viewfinder: AMIRA Viewfinder MVF-1.
- Mounting: Mounting Bracket, Side Accessory Bracket SAB-2, Wedge Plate Adapter WPA-1, Quick Release Plate QRP-1, Bridge Plate Adapter BPA-3.
- Power: V-lock Battery Adapter, Gold Mount.
- Other: Multicam Monitor Bundle, Cord Control Pod, Headset, Camera Dock, Tripod mount.
- Fiber Connectivity: 1820 FCA Fiber Camera Adapter, SMPTE 311 Camera Cable.
Multi-Camera Setup
This setup enables synchronized operation of multiple cameras:
- Base Stations: Utilizes 1810 1U FBS Fiber Base Stations.
- Fiber Infrastructure: Includes Fiber Patch Panels, Tactical Fiber, Fiber Patch connections, and 1801 Fiber Power Interface FPI.
- Networking: POE Switch and POE Injector for power and data distribution via Ethernet.
- Cabling: SMPTE 311 Camera Cables and SMPE 311 Breakout Cables connect cameras to the base stations.
- Control: Remote control panels like Sony RCP 1500 and Skaarhoj RCP V2 are connected via Ethernet for camera control.
Single-Camera Setup
This setup is for individual camera operation:
- Connectivity: Can be connected via Serial, Ethernet, or AC Power Supply.
- Control: Typically managed by a remote control panel such as the Sony RCP 1500.
