KALLAX Insert with Door Assembly Instructions
This document provides instructions for assembling the IKEA KALLAX insert with a door. Please ensure you have all parts before beginning.

Assembly Steps
- Step 1: Assemble the main frame of the insert. Insert dowels into the designated holes and connect the side panels. Ensure a snug fit.
- Step 2: Attach the hinges to the door. Use screws (100344) to secure the hinges to the pre-drilled holes on the door.
- Step 3: Prepare the frame for the door. Insert the hinge plates (109221) into the corresponding slots on the side of the KALLAX unit.
- Step 4: Attach the door to the frame. Align the hinges on the door with the hinge plates on the frame and secure them.
- Step 5: Insert the back panel. Slide the back panel into the grooves on the sides and top/bottom panels.
- Step 6: Secure the back panel. Use screws (124386) to fasten the back panel to the frame.
- Step 7: Attach the door handle (if applicable). Use the provided screws to attach the handle to the door.
- Step 8: Adjust the door. Use the adjustment screws on the hinges to ensure the door hangs straight and closes properly.
- Step 9: Final check. Ensure all screws are tightened and the unit is stable.
