Important Safety Instructions

⚠ WARNING: This product features a polarized plug, meaning one blade is wider than the other. This design reduces the risk of electric shock. The plug is designed to fit into a polarized outlet in only one direction. If the plug does not insert fully, try reversing it. If it still does not fit, please contact a qualified electrician.

Never use this product with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not attempt to bypass the safety features of the polarized plug, and do not alter the plug in any way.

⚠ CAUTION: TO PREVENT ELECTRICAL SHOCK, ENSURE THE WIDE BLADE OF THE PLUG MATCHES THE WIDE SLOT OF THE OUTLET AND IS FULLY INSERTED.

⚠ WARNING: Deviating from these assembly instructions may lead to a risk of fire or electric shock.

Assembly Steps

  1. Screw the light bulb into the socket.
  2. Attach the lampshade to the base by screwing it into place.
