True Wireless Stereo Pairing
- Turn on two "INSMY-C17Max" speakers separately. Do not pair with your phone first.
- Triple tap the [power] button (?: The button with the power symbol) on one of the speakers. The True Wireless Stereo interconnection will start when a prompt sound is emitted.
- Turn on your phone's Bluetooth and search for "INSMY-C17Max" to pair.
- If there is no prompt sound, True Wireless Stereo pairing has failed. Restart the speakers and perform the connection operations again. (Note: When the speaker is in True Wireless Stereo pairing mode, all control functions are synchronized; operate one speaker for all controls.)
- True Wireless Stereo mode cannot be paired when the speaker is already playing music. Please stop playback to initiate pairing.

Troubleshooting
Q1: The speaker cannot reconnect to the phone automatically when turned on.
A: Delete the paired connection record "INSMY-C17Max" on your device, then search for "INSMY-C17Max" to connect again.
Q2: The phone cannot search out the Bluetooth name "INSMY-C17Max".
A: Keep the phone and speaker within the Bluetooth range of 10 meters.
Q3: The phone cannot connect to the speaker.
A: If the blue indicator light does not flash after the speaker is turned on, it means the speaker is already connected to another device. Double-click the power button to disconnect Bluetooth, then search for "INSMY-C17Max" on your phone to connect.
Q4: The speaker cannot make voice calls.
A: Select the speaker as the audio output device on your phone's call interface.
Q5: True Wireless Stereo pairing function cannot be connected.
A: The effective range for True Wireless Stereo interconnection is about 7-10 meters. Keep the devices within this range and try again. (Follow the wireless stereo pairing instructions.)
Q6: The speaker cannot be turned on.
A: If the speaker has not been used for a long time, the battery may be depleted. Please charge it.
Q7: How to clear connection records?
A: When the speaker is unpaired, long-press the Volume Up (+) and Volume Down (-) buttons simultaneously for 8 seconds. This will delete Bluetooth connection records. Then try turning the speaker on again.
Warranty Service
- 12-month warranty for quality-related issues: Within 12 months after the date of purchase, INSMY will provide a replacement or full refund for quality-related issues.
- Free after-sale service within the warranty validity, except for the following cases:
- A. No original warranty card or valid invoice.
- B. Speaker malfunction or damage caused by force majeure, incorrect operation (not as per this manual), or any man-made factors.
- C. Speaker not purchased from an authorized dealer or lacking the authorized dealer's stamp on the warranty card.
- D. Date of purchase on the warranty card has been altered.
- E. Speaker malfunction or damage occurred during shipment.
- F. Speaker malfunction or damage caused by disassembly or unauthorized repair.

Cautions
- Slight heating during charging and normal operation is normal.
- Turn off the power supply before cleaning the speaker. Keep the speaker in a dry environment.
- Do not use alcohol, benzene, or other chemicals to clean the speaker.
- Keep the speaker away from extremely cold or hot objects.
- Use the original USB-C cable or certified cables for charging.
- Do not disassemble the speaker without authorization.

Turn On/Off
To Turn On: Press and hold the [power] button (⑥) for 2 seconds. The LED indicator (②) will light up blue. ?
To Turn Off: Press and hold the [power] button (⑥) for 2 seconds. The LED indicator (②) will light up red and then turn off. ?

Bluetooth Connection
- Turn on the speaker and your device's Bluetooth. Search for the available Bluetooth device named "INSMY C17Max" on your phone/PC/tablet and pair.
- When turned on, the INSMY-C17Max will automatically connect to the last connected device if available. If not, it will enter pairing mode.
- The INSMY-C17Max will automatically turn off after 10 minutes if no device is connected.

Play Controls
- Play/Pause: Short press the [power/play/pause] button (⑥). ▶️ ⏸️
- Next Song: Press and hold the Volume Up button (⑤) for 2 seconds. ⏭️
- Previous Song: Press and hold the Volume Down button (①) for 2 seconds. ⏮️

Answer a Call
- Answer/End Call: Short press the [power/play/pause] button (⑥). ?
- Reject Call: Press and hold the [power/play/pause] button (⑥) for 2 seconds. ❌?
- Redial Last Number: Double press the [power/play/pause] button (⑥) (x2). ?

Charging
Please fully charge the speaker for the first time use. The full charging time is about 2 hours. When charging, the indicator light is red. The red light goes out after charging is finished. (Note: If the product is not used for a long time, please fully charge it at least once a month to avoid excessive discharge, which will affect the battery's service life.)

Low Power Warning
When the speaker's power is lower than 20%, a low power prompt sound will be heard. Please charge the speaker with the included Type-C charging cable (DC5V/1A) promptly. When the power is lower than 5%, the speaker will shut down automatically.
