Important Prompt

The product can be charged by 5V Chargers/USB ports only. Adapters over 5V such as quick chargers are not allowed, which may cause fire or explosion.

True Wireless Stereo Pairing

1. Turn on two "INSMY-C17PRO" speakers separately, do not pair with your phone first.
2. Triple tap the "♫" button on one of the speakers. The True Wireless Stereo interconnection will start when the prompt sound is emitted.
3. Turn on the phone's Bluetooth and search for "INSMY-C17PRO" to pair.
4. If there is no prompt sound, True Wireless Stereo pairing has failed. Restart the speakers and try again. (Note: When the speaker is in True Wireless Stereo pairing mode, all control functions are synchronized; operate one speaker.)
5. True Wireless Stereo mode cannot be paired while the speaker is working. Stop playing music to process pairing.

Controls

• ① Power Button (ON/OFF/Bluetooth/TWS/Play/Pause): Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn on/off. Short press to play/pause music or answer/end calls. Double press to disconnect Bluetooth.
• ② Volume Down / Previous Song: Short press to decrease volume. Press and hold to play the previous song.
• ③ Volume Up / Next Song: Short press to increase volume. Press and hold to play the next song.
• ④ Microphone: For calls.
• ⑤ LED Indicator Light: Shows charging and connection status.
• ⑥ USB Charging Port: For charging the device.

Bluetooth Connection

1. Turn on the speaker. Search for the Bluetooth device name "INSMY-C17PRO" on your phone/PC/tablet to pair.
2. The speaker will automatically re-pair with your device within 10 seconds if previously connected.
3. The speaker will shut down after 10 minutes without a Bluetooth connection.

Operation

• Play/Pause: Short press the power button.
• Answer/End Call: Short press the power button.
• Next Song: Press and hold the Volume Up button.
• Previous Song: Press and hold the Volume Down button.
• Volume Up: Short press the Volume Up button.
• Volume Down: Short press the Volume Down button.
• TWS Pairing: Triple tap the power button on one speaker.
• Disconnect Bluetooth: Double press the power button.

Charging

Fully charge the speaker before the first use. Charging takes approximately 2 hours. The indicator light is red while charging and turns off when fully charged. To maintain battery life, charge the product at least once a month if not used for extended periods.

Low Power Warning: When the speaker's power is below 20%, a low power prompt sound will be heard. Charge the speaker using the included Type-C charging cable (DC5V/1A). The speaker will automatically shut down when power is below 5%.

Troubleshooting

• Q1: Speaker not reconnecting automatically. A: Delete the paired "INSMY-C17PRO" record on your device and reconnect.
• Q2: Phone cannot find "INSMY-C17PRO". A: Ensure the phone and speaker are within 10 meters.
• Q3: Phone cannot connect to the speaker. A: If the blue indicator light is not flashing, the speaker is connected to another device. Double-click the power button to disconnect Bluetooth, then try connecting your phone.
• Q4: Speaker cannot make voice calls. A: Select the speaker as the audio output on your call interface.
• Q5: TWS function not connecting. A: The effective TWS range is 7-10 meters. Keep devices within this range and follow pairing instructions.
• Q6: Speaker not turning on. A: If the speaker has not been used for a long time, the battery may be depleted. Please charge it.

1. 12-month warranty for quality-related issues: Replacement or full refund within 12 months of purchase.
2. Free after-sales service within warranty, except for:
   • A. No original warranty card or valid invoice.
   • B. Malfunction or damage caused by force majeure, incorrect operation, or man-made factors.
