Prepare the main slider components. This involves fitting the mounting bolt (3) through a washer (5) and then through the slider body (1). A nut (4) is also shown in proximity, indicating it will be used in subsequent steps.
Insert the assembled slider unit (1) into the motorcycle's front fork.
Install the motorcycle wheel. The front axle slider (1) is shown attached to the axle. Secure the axle using the nut (4) and washer (5). Finally, attach the end cap (6) to the slider body.
Ensure the mounting bolt is tightened to the specified torque: 9.7 N/m (86 lbf/in).
