Installation
1. Power off
Before installation, ensure the power supply is turned off at the main circuit breaker. The diagram shows a circuit breaker panel with switches in the ON and OFF positions, and a hand turning one switch to OFF.
2. Wiring instruction
Switch mode
Wiring diagrams are provided for different models (1C, 2C, 3C, 4C) showing connections for a 100-240V AC power source (Live 'L' and Neutral 'N').
- 1C Model: Live and Neutral wires connect to the switch's input. One output terminal (L1) connects to a single light.
- 2C Model: Live and Neutral wires connect to the switch's input. Two output terminals (L1, L2) connect to two lights.
- 3C Model: Live and Neutral wires connect to the switch's input. Three output terminals (L1, L2, L3) connect to three lights.
- 4C Model: Live and Neutral wires connect to the switch's input. Four output terminals (L1, L2, L3, L4) connect to four lights.
Note: Red wires typically represent Live and output connections, while blue wires represent Neutral.
Safety Precaution
*Please install and maintain the device by a professional electrician. To avoid electric shock hazard, do not operate any connection or contact the terminal connector while the device is powered on!
Motor mode wiring
For motor control (T5-3C-120 model only), the wiring involves connecting the motor's forward and reverse lines to specific channels (e.g., channel one for positive rotation/opening, channel three for reverse rotation/closing), along with Live (L), Neutral (N), and a ground wire. The diagram shows a motor labeled 'M' with 'Forward' and 'Reverse' connections.
*To ensure the safety of your electrical installation, it's essential to have a Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) or a Residual Current operated Circuit-breaker with Integral Overcurrent protection (RCBO) installed with an appropriate electrical rating (10A for T5-1C/2C-120, 16A for T5-3C/4C-120) before installing the TX Ultimate. (This does not include motor load).
*Make sure all wires are connected correctly.
3. Power on
After powering on, the device will enter Bluetooth pairing mode by default during the first use, and the LED frame light will illuminate in "Cycle mode."
*The device will exit Bluetooth pairing mode if not paired successfully within 30 minutes. To re-enter pairing mode, touch the wall switch panel for 5 seconds until the LED frame light enters "Cycle mode."
