Assembly Instructions
Numbering System: Easy assembly by following 1,2,3...
Numbers must match for secure assembly.
Step 1
Attach component A (Headboard Post - Left) to component B (Headboard Post - Right) using two L bolts. The diagram shows component A and B being joined at the top, with two L bolts inserted through pre-drilled holes.
Step 2
Attach component A (Headboard Post - Left) to component B (Headboard Post - Right) using two L bolts. This step appears to be a repetition or continuation of Step 1, showing the same connection with L bolts.
Step 3
Connect component B (Headboard Post - Right) to component C (Side Rail Connector - Left) using two L bolts. The diagram shows the lower part of the headboard post connecting to the side rail connector.
Step 4
Connect component B (Headboard Post - Right) to component C (Side Rail Connector - Left) using two L bolts. Similar to Step 3, this shows the connection of the headboard post to the side rail connector.
Step 5

Step 9
Connect component F (Side Rail - Right) to component G (Footboard Post - Left) using two S screws. The diagram shows the side rail connecting to the footboard post.

Connect component F (Side Rail - Right) to component G (Footboard Post - Left) using two S screws. This step shows the same connection as Step 9.
Step 11
Attach component G (Footboard Post - Left) to component H (Footboard Post - Right) using two S screws. The diagram shows the two footboard posts being joined.
Step 12
Attach component G (Footboard Post - Left) to component H (Footboard Post - Right) using two S screws. This step shows the same connection as Step 11.
Step 13
Connect component G (Footboard Post - Left) to component A (Headboard Post - Left) using two S screws. The diagram shows the footboard post connecting to the headboard post.
Step 14
Connect component G (Footboard Post - Left) to component A (Headboard Post - Left) using two S screws. This step shows the same connection as Step 13.
Step 15
Attach component J (Center Support Beam) to component I (Support Leg) using one M bolt. The diagram shows the center support beam being attached to the support leg.
Step 16
Attach components A, C, and J to the frame using S screws. The diagram shows multiple connection points being secured with screws. It also indicates to place noise-free tape on the underside of the slats support rails.
Step 17
Place the slats support rails (K) onto the frame. The diagram shows the bed frame with the two slats support rails positioned.
Step 18
Place the wooden slats across the support rails. The diagram shows the slats being laid out. It also indicates to peel off the upper strip of the non-slip tape, which helps keep the mattress in place.
Step 19

5-Year Limited Warranty Statement For Manufacturing Defects
Please read this Limited Warranty carefully. To maintain your Warranty, you will need to comply with the conditions stated here. This warranty is for manufacturing defects only and does not cover damages as a result of misuse.
- Please be sure to register your product at www.zinus.com/resources/register to receive up to date warranty and product information.
- Your new product comes with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty starts on the date of purchase. No warranty will be honored without an original sales receipt. The warranty and financial responsibility of the manufacturer only applies to the product itself and does not extend to any mattress that is put on the product.
- Manufacturing defects include circumstances where the product has broken under normal use and no longer provides proper support for your mattress. Proper support is defined as a smooth, flat, rigid surface. In the event you encounter a manufacturing defect, please stop using this product immediately and call customer service. Please note that it is not uncommon for some of the short metal welds to become loose in transit or during normal use. A manufacturing defect for these welds is considered to be 5 or more at the time of purchase. The manufacturer cannot be responsible for improper assembly by the consumer.
- This warranty applies only when the product has been properly used by consumers who purchased the product from authorized dealers as a new product. Proper use means using the product on a level surface where all legs touch the floor with an equal distribution of weight. Proper use also means that the product was not abused by the consumer, as defined by the manufacturer. This warranty does not constitute agreement to replace other parts.
- If the product fails due to manufacturing defects, the manufacturer will repair or replace at its discretion and reserves the right to substitute comparable materials or models and does not guarantee that the replacement part will match the existing piece or product.
- In the event the product needs to be inspected by the manufacturer to determine a warranty claim, the transportation cost or removal cost is borne by the consumer.
