Assembly Overview

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for assembling your Zinus Ironline Metal and Wood Platform Bed with Headboard. Please follow the numbering system for easy assembly.

Assembly Instructions

1. Step 1

   Attach part B (bed frame side rail) to part A (side rail connector) using screw S.

2. Step 2

   Attach part B (bed frame side rail) to part A (side rail connector) using screw S.

3. Step 3

   Attach part C (headboard support bracket) to part B (bed frame side rail) using bolt L.

4. Step 4

   Attach part D (footboard support bracket) to part B (bed frame side rail) using bolt L.

5. Step 5

   Attach part E (headboard leg) to part C (headboard support bracket) using screw S.

6. Step 6

   Attach part E (headboard leg) to part D (footboard support bracket) using screw S.

7. Step 7

   Attach part F (headboard panel) to part E (headboard leg) using screw S.

8. Step 8

   Attach part F (headboard panel) to part E (headboard leg) using screw S.

9. Step 9

   Connect part B (bed frame side rail) to part C (headboard support bracket) using screw S.

10. Step 10

    Connect part B (bed frame side rail) to part D (footboard support bracket) using screw S.

11. Step 11

    Attach support legs H to the center support beam G using bolts M.

12. Step 12

    Attach the assembled center support beam (G+H) to the side rails (A/C) using screw S. Ensure the side with the noise-free tape is facing up.

13. Step 13

    Place the slats (I) across the bed frame for mattress support.

14. Step 14

    Place your mattress on the assembled bed frame. Peel off the upper strip of the non-slip tape to keep your mattress in place.

5-Year Limited Warranty Statement For Manufacturing Defects

This warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal use. It does not cover damages resulting from misuse.

• Register your product at www.zinus.com/resources/register for updated warranty and product information.
• The warranty begins on the date of purchase and requires an original sales receipt.
• A manufacturing defect is defined as a product failure under normal use that no longer provides proper support for your mattress. Proper support means a smooth, flat, rigid surface.
• If you encounter a manufacturing defect, stop using the product immediately and contact customer service. Loose metal welds from transit or normal use are not considered defects unless 5 or more are loose at the time of purchase. Improper assembly by the consumer is not covered.
• This warranty applies to products purchased new from authorized dealers and used properly on a level surface with equal weight distribution. Abuse by the consumer is not covered.
• For manufacturing defects, Zinus will repair or replace the product at its discretion, potentially substituting comparable materials or models. The replacement part may not match the original piece.
• Consumers are responsible for transportation or removal costs if the product requires inspection for a warranty claim.
