Filling the Salt Reservoir
Salt prevents limescale buildup. The reservoir is in the lower part of the dishwasher.
- The salt reservoir must never be empty.
- Set the water hardness level correctly.
- Refill salt when the SALT REFILL indicator light is on.
To refill:
- Remove the lower rack and unscrew the reservoir cap (anticlockwise).
- Position the funnel and fill the reservoir with salt (approx. 0.5 kg). Some water may leak out.
- For the first time only, fill the reservoir with water.
- Remove the funnel and wipe away any salt residue. Ensure the cap is tightly closed to prevent detergent from entering the reservoir.
Run a program after refilling salt to avoid corrosion.
Water Softening System
The water softener automatically reduces water hardness to prevent scale buildup. It regenerates using salt. The frequency of regeneration depends on the water hardness setting (e.g., once per 4-6 Eco cycles at level 3). Regeneration uses approximately 7.5L of water, adds up to 15 minutes to the cycle, and consumes less than 0.065 kWh of energy.
Filling the Rinse Aid Dispenser
Rinse aid aids drying. Fill the dispenser when the RINSE AID REFILL indicator light is on.
- Open the dispenser by pressing the tab on the lid.
- Pour in rinse aid (max. 110 ml), avoiding overflow. Clean any spills immediately.
- Press the lid down until it clicks shut. Never pour rinse aid directly into the appliance tub.
Filling the Detergent Dispenser
Use the opening device to open the dispenser. Add detergent to the dry dispenser only. For pre-wash, place detergent directly in the tub.
- Measure the correct amount of detergent as indicated.
- Remove any detergent residue from the dispenser edges and close the cover.
- Close the lid of the detergent dispenser securely.
The dispenser opens automatically during the wash program. Use only dishwasher-specific detergents.
Display on the Floor
A LED light projected on the floor indicates:
- 1. Delay Time: Time left until the cycle starts (when Delay option is set).
- 2. Salt reservoir empty: Indicator light.
- 3. Remaining Time: Time left until the cycle ends.
This feature is active by default but can be deactivated in the "SETTINGS MENU".

Options and Functions
Options can be selected/deselected by pressing the corresponding button. If an option is incompatible with a program, its LED will flash.
- HALF LOAD: Saves water, electricity, or time for smaller loads. Halve the detergent amount.
- SILENT: Reduces noise emission during wash phases, increasing cycle time. Suitable for night-time operation.
- SANI RINSE: Increases final rinse temperature and adds an antibacterial wash for sanitization. Keep the door shut during the program. Dishes may be very hot.
- 3D ZONE WASH: Provides more intensive washing in the lower rack with additional power jets. Recommended for pots and casseroles.
- EXTRA DRY: Improves drying with higher final rinse temperature and extended drying phase, lengthening the wash cycle.
- TIME ON THE FLOOR: Projects remaining time onto the floor. Deactivatable in the SETTINGS MENU.
- ActiveDry: Automatically opens the door during/after drying for better performance. Door opens at a safe temperature.
- INTERNAL LIGHTS: LEDs in the tub switch on/off when the door is opened/closed. Deactivatable in the SETTINGS MENU.
- SENSING: Adjusts program duration based on detected soil level (approx. 20 min. for sensor detection). Present for all cycles except Eco.

Alarms
- WATER TAP CLOSED (?): Flashes when there is no inlet water or the tap is closed.
- DESCALE (⚠️): Indicates limescale accumulation. Check water hardness setting and salt level. Use a descaling product with the Self-Clean program. If not addressed, the appliance may block, allowing only the Self-Clean program. Descaling may need to be performed twice for severe buildup.
Cycle Counter
This feature shows the number of cycles performed. For cycles 0-999, a fixed number is displayed. For cycles over 1000, the number scrolls (e.g., 1.000 is displayed as 1_000). The dishwasher may have performed about 30 cycles from production quality checks.
Loading the Racks
Top Rack
Designed for bowls, mugs, and even large plates and cutlery. Position knives with blades facing downwards.
Upper Rack
For delicate and light items: glasses, cups, saucers, low salad bowls. Tip-up supports can be used vertically for saucers or lowered for bowls and containers.
Adjusting the Height of the Upper Rack
The rack height can be adjusted for bulky items in the lower basket or to maximize space for tip-up supports. Do not adjust the height when loaded, and never adjust only one side.
Capacity: 15 standard place-settings
Foldable Flaps with Adjustable Position
Side foldable flaps can be adjusted to optimize crockery arrangement. Wine glasses can be securely placed in the slots.
Lower Rack
For pots, lids, plates, salad bowls, cutlery, etc. Place large plates and lids at the sides to avoid interfering with the spray arm. Tip-up supports can be used vertically for plates or horizontally for pans and bowls.
3D Zone Wash
Uses additional water jets in the lower and upper parts for more intensive washing of heavily soiled items.
Cutlery Basket
Features top grids for better cutlery arrangement. Position at the front of the lower rack. Place knives with points facing downwards or horizontally in the upper rack tip-up compartments.
Care and Maintenance
Cleaning the Filter Assembly
The dishwasher must not be used without filters or if a filter is loose. Ensure the two triangles meet when reinstalling the filter. Remove any foreign objects carefully. Inspect and clean the trap. Never remove the wash-cycle pump protection.
Cleaning the Spray Arms
Periodically check spray arms for food residue and clean blocked holes with a small non-metallic brush.
- Upper spray arm: Remove with the manifold. The top rack has a fixed wash tube; use tweezers to remove items lodged in nozzles.
- Lower spray arm: Remove by pulling upwards and rotating anticlockwise. Reassemble by pulling down and rotating clockwise.
- Ceiling spray arm: Remove by pressing upwards and rotating anticlockwise. Reassemble by pulling upwards and rotating clockwise.
Troubleshooting
If your dishwasher is not working properly, check the following:
Problem | Possible Causes | Solutions |
---|---|---|
Descale indicator lit/blinking or "dES" alarm | Limescale buildup. | Descale immediately using Self-Clean program and descaling product. Refill salt reservoir. Check water hardness setting. Failure to descale will cause the appliance to stop functioning. |
Dishwasher won't drain. Display shows: F7 E3 or F9 E1 | Clogged filter. | Clean filter and descale appliance. |
Dishwasher does not fill with water. Display shows: H2O and is lit; acoustic alarm sounds. | Water supply issue (tap closed, kinked hose, clogged inlet screen). | Ensure water tap is open and inlet hose is not kinked. Clean inlet screen. Open door, press START/Pause, close door within 4 seconds. |
Dishwasher finishes cycle prematurely. Display shows: F8 E3 | Clogged filter or drain hose positioned too low/siphoning. | Clean filter and descale. Check drain hose height and siphoning. |
