Installation Steps
Step 1: Mark and Drill
Use the mounting bracket (a) as a template to mark the desired location on the wall. Drill holes using a Ø4 mm (05/32") drill bit, ensuring a minimum depth of 45 mm (1.8 inches).

Step 2: Insert Wall Plugs
Insert the wall plugs (c) into the drilled holes.

Step 3: Attach Mounting Bracket
Secure the mounting bracket (a) to the wall using screws (d) and wall plugs (c). Ensure it is firmly attached.

Step 4: Connect Cable
Connect the PoE cable to the UniFi Access G3 Reader (a). The diagram indicates correct (POE) and incorrect (X) connection methods.

Step 5: Mount Reader
Slide the UniFi Access G3 Reader (a) onto the mounted bracket (a) until it clicks into place.

Step 6: Final Assembly
The UniFi Access G3 Reader is now mounted and connected.

Network Diagram and Application
The system connects to the internet via a UniFi Cloud Gateway and a switching infrastructure, providing PoE++ power to the UniFi Access device.
