Important Safety Instructions

WARNING: Read all instructions before use. Suitable for Outdoor Use & Household Use Only.

• Recharge battery only with the supplied charger.
• Do not attempt to destroy, remove, or incinerate battery pack. Consult local waste authority for disposal.
• Remote control contains a coin battery; dispose of properly and keep away from children.
• Connect only to a GFCI-protected outlet.
• Use fan on a stable, level surface.
• Do not use near pools, bathtubs, showers, or water-filled vessels.
• Do not operate with damaged power supply wire or charger.
• Keep charger cord away from high-traffic areas.
• Do not cover charger cord.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience, unless supervised.
• Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and maintenance by children require supervision.
• Unplug before cleaning or maintenance.
• Only use Shark branded accessories.

• Ensure batteries are installed correctly according to polarity (+ and -).
• Do not mix old and new batteries, or different brands/types.
• Misting feature is for OUTDOOR USE ONLY. Do NOT attempt to mist indoors.
• Use only filtered or clean tap water; DO NOT use warm or hot water.
• DO NOT handle live electrical products while in range of misting stream.
• Keep non-waterproof electronic equipment out of misting stream.
• CHOKING HAZARD: Keep nozzles and small parts out of reach of children.
• Do not apply fragrance or scented products to the fan.
• Not suitable for use with solid-state speed controls.

LITHIUM BATTERY SAFETY WARNINGS: Store large energy, will vent fire or explode if mistreated. Do not open, drop, puncture, short-circuit, incinerate, or expose to high temperatures. Keep battery pack dry. Charge only with its charger. Inspect for damage before use.

BATTERY REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL: Product contains integral lithium battery (non-replaceable). Remote uses lithium coin battery. Dispose of remote battery properly; do not incinerate or compost. Return spent battery to authorized recycling center or retailer.

POWER SUPPLY SAFETY: Do not use an extension cord. Do not use within 10 feet of pool or in a bathroom. For outdoor use, install only to a covered Class A GFCI protected receptacle that is weatherproof.

Assembly Instructions

Parts Included: Allen Wrench, Bolt, Multi-Tool, Base, Fan Head, 2-Piece Pole (Upper Pole, Lower Pole), Water Tank, Hose, Remote, Charging Cable.

1. Pole Assembly: Align and insert the Upper Pole into the Lower Pole until it clicks.
2. Base Attachment: Align the yellow dot on the assembled pole with the yellow arrow on the Base, then slide the pole down onto the base. Ensure the pole is fully against the base.
3. Secure Base: Turn the Base on its side. Insert the Bolt into the bottom of the Base. Use the Allen Wrench to turn the bolt clockwise to fasten it to the assembled pole. (Caution: Finger pinch risk).
4. Fan Head Attachment: Holding the fan head by the handle, insert the legs into the top of the assembled pole until they click into place.
5. Water Tank Attachment: Holding the Water Tank by the handle, align the rear of the tank against the Pole and slide down to latch into place.
6. Initial Charging: Charge fan to 100% battery before use without the cord. The fan is operable while charging.
7. Hose to Tank: Align the Hose into the back of the Water Tank and rotate clockwise to lock in place.
8. Hose to Fan Head: Align the Hose into the rear of the Fan Head and rotate counter-clockwise to lock in place.
9. Hose Storage: Neatly tuck away excess Hose into the groove and clamp behind the Pole.

Tabletop Mode Conversion

To convert the fan to portable tabletop mode:

• Press the "Lift-Away" button, then slide the fan head off the pole.
• Spread out the four support legs until they are fully extended.
• Place the fan on a flat, level surface.
• For misting in tabletop mode: Connect the hose to the tank and fan head. (Note: Ensure hose is disconnected from fan head before converting to tabletop mode to avoid accidental damage).

How to Use Your Fan

Fan Speeds

Press buttons on the fan head or <> arrows on the remote to switch between fan speeds. LED lights indicate the selected speed.

Modes

• BreezeBoost™: Press again for maximum-strength airflow. (Note: In cordless use, fan speed automatically decreases after 20 minutes to save battery power).
• Natural Breeze: Press once for STRONG breeze, or a second time for GENTLE breeze.

Oscillation Settings

Press <> arrows on the remote to toggle between oscillation settings. LED lights indicate the selected setting.

Horizontal Angle Adjust

Press <> arrows on the remote to change the horizontal angle in 18° increments.

Outdoor Misting Settings

• Press once for high-pressure consistent mist.
• Press a second time for low-pressure consistent mist mode.
• Press a third time for low-pressure interval mist mode.

Runtime

• Maximum Cordless Runtime: 24 hours on fan speed 1.
• Average Cordless Runtime: 6 hours on fan speed 3.
• Maximum Cordless Performance: 2 hours on fan speed 5.
• Plugged In: Indefinite runtime; fan charges while operating.
• Maximum Misting Runtime: 16 hours (high-pressure consistent misting on fan speed 1, refilling tank hourly).
• Average Misting Runtime: 4 hours (high-pressure consistent misting on fan speed 3, refilling tank hourly).
• Maximum Misting Performance: 1 hour (high-pressure consistent misting on fan speed 5).

Charge Time

From 0% to fully charged battery: 5-6 hours.

Battery Indicator

• 70%-100%: Green light.
• 30%-69%: Amber light.
• 6%-29%: Red light steady.
• 5% and below: Red light blinking.

Charging Your Fan

• Pedestal Mode: Insert the CHARGE PLUG into the charging port near the bottom of the POLE.
• Tabletop Mode: Insert the CHARGER PLUG into the charging port under the center shaft of the fan, between the 4 support legs.
• WARNING: DO NOT CHARGE OR USE IN THE RAIN.

Remote Pairing Instructions

Turn the unit on by pressing the power button on top of the fan head and check if the remote functions properly.

If the remote is not functioning, try the following:

1. Check to ensure the battery saver paper is removed from the remote.
2. Try connecting the remote to the fan by pressing and holding the power button on the fan head for 5 seconds. While the LEDs are flashing, press the fan speed up button on the remote.
3. If the remote still doesn't work, try replacing the batteries in the remote and repeat the connection process above.

Note: The buttons on the remote control may have a different name or location than shown in this manual depending on the model.
