Introduction

Welcome to the Cozy Warm+Cool Smart Pet House. This manual provides essential information for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your smart pet house. Please read this manual thoroughly before use and keep it for future reference.

Parts of the Main Device

The main device consists of the following components:

• LED LIGHT RING: Indicates the operational status. Orange light signifies heating, and green light signifies cooling.
• ON/OFF KEY: A button to control the power. A short press turns the device on or off, while a long press (2 seconds) shuts it down.
• AIR DUCT INTERFACE: Connection point for the air duct.
• POWER ADAPTER INTERFACE: Port for connecting the power adapter.
• INFRARED SENSOR: Detects the pet's presence.
• PADS OF MAIN DEVICE: Support feet for stability.
• THERMOVENT: Facilitates temperature regulation.
• TOP CASE OF MAIN DEVICE: The upper housing of the pet house.
• BOTTOM CASE OF MAIN DEVICE: The lower housing of the pet house.

Parts of the Outside Unit

The outside unit includes:

• POWER INTERFACE OF OUTSIDE UNIT: Power connection for the outside unit.
• AIR DUCT INTERFACE: Connection point for the air duct.
• AIR DUCT PLUG: Component that fits into the air duct interface.
• AIR INLET OF OUTSIDE UNIT: Where air is drawn into the outside unit.
• POWER ADAPTER: The external power supply unit.
• INFRARED SENSOR: Detects pet presence.
• PADS OF OUTSIDE UNIT: Support feet for the outside unit.
• SOFT PAD: A cushioning pad.

How to Use

1. Connect Outside Unit

1. Place the main device on a level surface.
2. Connect the air duct to the air duct interface on the main device.
3. Plug the outside unit's power line into its corresponding interface.

2. Connect Adaptor

1. Take out the power adapter.
2. Plug the power adapter into the main device's power input port.

3. Temperature Adjustment (via PETKIT App)

1. Download the PETKIT App from Google Play or the App Store.
2. Open the app and add your device by tapping the "+" icon on the home page.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to bind your device.
4. Once successfully bound, you can adjust the temperature settings through the app.

Common Diagnostic Errors

• Wi-Fi indicator light flashes Orange & green alternate breath:

  COZY is offline. Please check your wireless network connection. If the network is stable, open the PETKIT App and select the top-right corner button to reset the COZY.

• Error message in PETKIT App:

  Hardware error. Please check the specific problem details within the PETKIT App.

Notes

Failure to comply with the below warnings may lead to equipment malfunction and/or safety concerns. Please read before setup.

• DO NOT serve for pets under three months of age. Pets under eight months of age MUST NOT use this product without owner's supervision.
• DO NOT use the product as the only warm source for pets under 12 months.
• DO NOT allow pets to bite the wire, as it may cause an electric shock or death.
• Keep out of reach of children, except when under an adult's supervision.
• The base of this device must always be set up on a level surface area.
• DO NOT place anything on the top case of the main device.
• DO NOT cover the air inlet, thermovent, and infrared sensors to ensure the COZY keeps working during use.
• Please contact the manufacturer or authorized maintenance personnel for service if the product fails, to avoid accidental injury.
• DO NOT immerse or soak the product in water.
