Installation Guide

The installation involves several steps, illustrated in the provided diagrams. Key steps include:

1. Mounting the support bracket to the ceiling.
2. Connecting the wires using the provided connectors, ensuring correct polarity.
3. Attaching the fixture to the ceiling mount.
4. Connecting the main power supply wires to the fixture's internal wiring.

Please read these instructions carefully and keep them for the product's lifetime. Follow instructions for safe and correct installation and operation. The manufacturer is not liable for damage due to incorrect installation or use.

General Safety:

• Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician.
• Always switch off power before installation, maintenance, or repair.
• If in doubt, contact a qualified electrician.
• Consider installation location: indoor use is recommended. Avoid humid places for indoor-rated items.
• Keep the product away from water, liquids, and flammable materials.
• Respect minimum distances from the lamp to flammable products.
• Ensure cables are not pinched or damaged by sharp edges during installation.
• If the external flexible cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, service agent, or qualified electrician.
• Allow the product and bulbs to cool down before touching.
• Always use the correct bulb type and maximum wattage as indicated.

Symbol Explanations:

• ? Indoor Use Only: This product is suitable for indoor use, excluding bathrooms, unless a higher IP rating permits bathroom use.
• ♻️ WEEE Symbol: Electrical and electronic equipment must be collected separately for reuse and recycling. Return marked equipment to a municipal waste collection point.
• ? Class I: The product has an earth connection. The earth wire (green-yellow) must be connected to the earth terminal.
• ⚡ Class II: The product is double insulated and must not be connected to the earth wire.
• ? Class III: The product is only suitable for low voltage supply and must not be connected to the earth wire.
• ? IP20: Protection against contact with a finger.
• ⚠️ Minimum Distance: Respect the minimum distance from the bulb to flammable objects.
• If protective glass is damaged or broken, it must be replaced immediately.

Warranty Information

Lucide NV warrants products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase by the end user, provided the item is installed and maintained correctly as per the user manual.

Warranty Exclusions:

• Broken glass parts will only be replaced within 14 days of purchase.
• Normal wear and tear, discoloration from normal use.
• Damage caused by external factors such as fire, water, incorrect use, installation, or maintenance.

For warranty claims, customers must provide the defective fixture/part and the original purchase ticket.
