JBL Live Pro+ TWS Quick Start Guide
What's in the Box
The package includes the JBL Live Pro+ TWS earbuds, a charging case, and various sizes of ear tips (S, M, L) for a personalized fit. A USB charging cable is also provided.
My JBL Headphones App
Enhance your listening experience with the My JBL Headphones app. This free app allows for greater control and personalization of your earbuds. Download it from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
How to Wear
For the best fit and seal, try different sizes of ear tips. Insert the earbuds into your ears and twist them to find the optimal position. The app can help you check for the best fit.
First Time Use
Open the charging case and place the earbuds inside to begin the initial setup.
Power On & Connect
1. Place the earbuds in the charging case to power them on. 2. Remove the earbuds from the case. 3. Open the Bluetooth settings on your device and select "JBL Live PRO+ TWS" to connect. For Android devices (6.0+), Fast Pair may automatically initiate the pairing process.
Dual Connect + Sync
You can use the earbuds in Stereo Mode (both earbuds) or Mono Mode (one earbud).
Power Off
Place the earbuds back into the charging case to power them off.
Manual Controls
Connect to a Bluetooth device. To reset the earbuds, follow the on-screen instructions or refer to the manual.
Button Command
Control ANC/Ambient Aware/TalkThru, playback, and voice assistant functions using the buttons on the earbuds. Advanced controls and voice assistant assignment are available through the My JBL Headphones app.
Auto Play/Pause
The earbuds automatically play music when inserted into your ears and pause when removed.
Do More With The App
The My JBL Headphones app offers advanced features such as customizing voice assistants (Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa), adjusting EQ settings, and managing playback controls.
Hands-Free Voice Control
Use voice commands with Google Assistant or Alexa for hands-free operation. Simply say "Ok Google" or "Alexa" followed by your command.
Charging
Charge the earbuds by placing them in the charging case. The case can be charged via USB or a Qi-certified wireless charging pad (not included). LED indicators show the battery status: low battery, charging, and fully charged.
LED Behaviors
LED indicators on the earbuds and charging case show the Bluetooth connection status: pairing, connected, or not connected.

IC RF Exposure Information and Statement
The SAR limit of Canada (C) is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. Device types: (IC: 6132A-LIVEPROTWSP) has also been tested against this SAR limit. According to this standard, the highest SAR value reported during product certification for head use is 0.7975 W / kg. The device was tested for typical bodily operations where the product was kept 0 mm from the head. To maintain compliance with IC RF exposure requirements, use accessories that maintain a separation distance of 0mm between the user's head and the back of the headset. Use of belt clips, holsters and similar accessories shall not contain metal parts in its assembly. Use of accessories that do not meet these requirements may not comply with IC RF exposure requirements and should be avoided. Battery Lifespan
To prolong battery lifespan, fully charge at least once every 3 months. Battery life varies by use and settings.
