JBL Headphones App
Enhance your listening experience by downloading the JBL Headphones App. It offers greater control over your earbuds, including personalization, firmware updates, and advanced features.
How to Wear
- Fit: Try different sizes of ear tips (S/M/L) to achieve a perfect fit and optimal audio performance. [Illustration shows ear tips and an earbud.]

First Time Use
Ensure your earbuds are charged before first use. Place the earbuds in the charging case.

Power On & Connect
Power On: Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on.
Connect: On your smartphone or Bluetooth-enabled device, navigate to Bluetooth settings. Select 'JBL LIVE PRO 2 TWS' from the list of available devices to connect.
Android Fast Pair: For Android devices (version 6.0 and above), Fast Pair enables quick pairing and links the earbuds to your Google Account.

Dual Connect & Sync
Stereo Mode: Use both earbuds (Left and Right) simultaneously for an immersive stereo experience.
Mono Mode: Use either the Left or Right earbud independently for calls or listening.

Multi-Point Connection
Connect your JBL Live Pro 2 TWS to two Bluetooth devices at the same time. Seamlessly switch between devices.

Controls
Control your music, calls, and voice assistant with intuitive touch controls:
- Left Earbud:
- Tap x 1: Cycle through ANC, Ambient Aware, and TalkThru modes.
- Tap x 2: Activate Bixby, Siri, or other voice assistants.
- Tap x 3: Activate Bixby, Siri, or other voice assistants.
- Hold (2s): Activate Bixby, Siri, or other voice assistants.
- Right Earbud:
- Tap x 1: Play/Pause music.
- Tap x 2: Skip to the next track.
- Tap x 3: Go to the previous track.
- Hold (2s): Activate Google Assistant or Alexa.

Auto Play/Pause
The earbuds automatically pause music when you remove one from your ear and resume playback when you reinsert it.

VoiceAware
Adjust the VoiceAware setting in the JBL Headphones App to control how much of your own voice you hear during calls. Choose from Low, Mid, or High levels for personalized comfort.

Power Off
To power off your earbuds, simply place them back into the charging case. They will automatically power off and begin charging.

Factory Reset
If you need to reset your earbuds to factory settings:
- Place both earbuds in the charging case.
- Tap the touch control on both earbuds twice.
- Press and hold the touch control on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

The JBL Headphones App unlocks the full potential of your earbuds. Customize voice assistants, adjust touch gestures, and fine-tune your audio with the equalizer, featuring presets like JAZZ, VOCAL, BASS, STUDIO, and CLUB.

Hands-Free Voice Control
Google Assistant: Use voice commands with Google Assistant. Say 'Ok Google' followed by your request, such as 'Play my Workout playlist' or 'Set an alarm for 7 AM'. (Note: Available on Android devices only).
Amazon Alexa: Use voice commands with Alexa. Say 'Alexa' followed by your request, such as 'Alexa, play today's hits' or 'Alexa, what's the weather?'. (Note: Requires Android 6.0 or higher. Alexa availability may vary by location. Visit www.amazon.com/alexa-availability for details).
Charging
Speed Charge: 15 minutes of charging provides up to 4 hours of playtime.
Full Charge: Approximately 2 hours for a full charge.
Wireless Charging: The charging case supports Qi-certified wireless charging (wireless charging pad not included).

Battery Lifespan
To prolong battery lifespan, fully charge at least once every 3 months. Battery life varies by use and settings.
RF Exposure Information & Safety
IC RF Exposure Information and Statement: The SAR limit of Canada (C) is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. Device types: (IC: 6132A-LIVEPRO2TWS) has also been tested against this SAR limit. According to this standard, the highest SAR value reported during product certification for head use is 0.106 W / kg.
