LAVA MUSIC One-Year Warranty

LAVA MUSIC warrants its hardware products and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of initial retail purchase by the end-user purchaser.

Warranty Services and Repairs:

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from accidents or improper use. For warranty service or repair inquiries, please contact LAVA MUSIC customer service at service@lavamusic.com. Service availability may vary by country or region, and international shipping costs may apply.

LAVA MUSIC will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund products for valid service requests made within the warranty period. These warranty benefits are in addition to rights provided by local consumer protection laws. Proof of purchase may be required for warranty claims.

Electronic Component Handling

The LAVA STUDIO contains highly sensitive electronic components. Store the device within a temperature range of -20°C to 45°C ( -4°F to 113°F) and operate it between 0°C and 40°C (32°F to 104°F). Avoid dropping, burning, crushing, or exposing the device to high concentrations of industrial chemicals to prevent damage.
